Notable phys. features: Unusually soft scales; blue marks & mane only appear when using his magic

Powers: Morimancy- memory magic (gained by falling in Prince Skua's Pool)
Talents: Can defend himself with a spear; decent singer; excellent swimmer
Quirks: No ice breath; hates being touched; tends to dance in place when bored


Personality: Curious- wants to know as much as he can; empathetic- hates seeing others in pain & loves to make others feel happy & comfortable; doormat- has trouble speaking up against others, no matter his personal feelings; hypersensitive- prone to overthinking & strong outbursts of emotion
Items: carries an Animus-touched bracelet with enchantments against drowning, burning, and being restrained
(gift from overzealous animus suitor; he's not sure if he should be carrying it but can't bring himself to let it go yet)
