This is Zena's loving mother, Jade.
She, as you can guess is a hunter. So the thing I didn't mention about Zena and her family's birth pack is that well there are some terrible rules and blatant sexism. If a wolf is born with a deformity - blindness, deaf, missing a paw or eye, mute, etc - then the two wolves who parented the pup are no longer allowed to be mates. While for the most part, males usually find a new mate and start a new family. The females though, tend to rarely find a new mate, unless they search outside the pack. Because Zena was born blind, her parents were forced apart. Neither has moved on. Fun fact! Jade is the only girl in a litter of five! Lines by Neara |

The Last Violet's

This is Zena, a violet-eyed omega!
This character originates from a story I started some years ago called "The Violet-eyed Alpha" where she is the main character. In the old legends, there were two different types of alphas. Those with the average "normal" eye colors, and then those with red or violet eyes. Those with violet or red eyes tended to be great leaders, leading their packs to a time of prosperity in one way or another. Though there was one way that the red and violet eyes differed. Those with red eyes were more war-like and often created "empires" of packs through war and blackmail. Those with Violet eyes were considered calmer, more likely to trade with other packs, and make treaties. Though in the great war ages ago ninety percent of the violet-eyed and red-eyed wolves were wiped out when two empires, went to war. Some Zena fun facts: She's born blind, which is why she's an omega. Her parents named her siblings, Zion, Zuma, and Zalia. Zena and Zalia's color palates are reversed. Zuma looks like Zena just without the gold. Zena's siblings all have violet eyes. Jaha - Zena's father - has a single sister. There are Seven violet-eyed wolves in Zena's birth pack, all are related. General note: I've been thinking, if anyone wanted to use any of these char's in an RP, they are free to do so! Found this guy when I was walking in the woods one night and this little guy landed on my shoulder, giving me a good fright. He took a liking to me and now hangs out on my shoulder but only during overcast days, evenings and night. Seems to hate sunlight and bright lights. Hunts small rodents and birds, snakes, small lizards, eggs, and bugs of any size but seems to enjoy pumpkin treats. Lives in trees or any hole he can find including unlit Jack-o-Lanterns |
Can climb like a monkey and howl like a werewolf, flies like a bat. Can use echolocation? Related to the Jersey devil? Is friendly and seems playful. Growls like a dog and makes a strange growling purr like noise when being scratched. He has venom in those fangs More to add later.
