How do you color a sectch art(or Stratch art) Everytime i see one people did it but it's locked why?

Alright, just a simple, kinda messy frame. I'll make this short and sweet~
I. Can't. Think. Of a design for my fursona to have! Soo, this is where you guys come in! I want you to be creative and make your own version of this picture^^ It's no competition, nothing like that. But, I'll be picking my favorite design to use as my fursona! And here's a list of a few color design ideas I'd prefer (If you can't think of anything..):
-slate, grayish blue with darker gray and black colors
-grayish shades of blue
-red red red and orangy-yellow colors
-creamy green with darker naturistic shades of green
-bright citrus green with yellowy colors
-yellowy-orange or yellowy-green with darker grays or creamy colors
-dark gray with streaks of other leafy colors

Okay lateley i haven't been able to think of anything to draw and when i do i don't feel like colouring or adding a background to it so...I started to Draw editable But still I have no inspiration or ideas so I may not be drawing My normal Oekaki for a while and might stick to this.

*Yawn!* I stink at drawing on the computer I think i won`t draw on the oekaki any more. No one colors my things

This little guy is ToyBoy or 'Toy' from PewseyVale riding centre, where i currently help out; I decided to draw this little cheeky pony because the staff made me ride him (him of all ponies!) for my reward for working so hard. Stupidly, i looked like a carrot balanced on a grain of rice, and my feet hung way below his belly, (yikes) now, as you can guess, This. Went. Wrong. Shannon, Charlie andd Tanishia- (These are people who also help out) were watching me in the school as i was riding. Canter. Yepp. It whent WRONG. I slipped off as we rounded a corner and landed face first in the sand. *Spit* *Cough* The second time i fell as the stirrup iron came undone (i know, werird!) and i fell and got winded. *Choke*

Hope you like him, feel free to colour him. He is a 'coloured' pony with a brown-black mane and a pink muzzle. He has a white star which progresses into the smallest blaze. He has got a sandy brown beard and his ears are brown. His fur is the shade of chocolate. Of course this is if you decide to colour him his original colour, however, if you want to creat some other, fantastic, multicouloured ToyBoys, FEEL FREE Oviously all the normal rules apply, DO NOT erase my siggy, BUT you can move it on the pic, where-ever you like.
Edit: and yes, on mine, i don't have the siggy the same as the original, because i added the siggy after i made my version.

I dont know how Long it took me to do this, but long enough for my mi=om to find me in the corner with my tablet XD
The wings are crappy but you can remove them as well as the earrings, this is also my sona, she is all white xD

i dout this will get coloured, but enjoy this lineart

Here is a wolf version of a were-wolf for you to colour in. There are some layers, such as tooth and eye layers (already coloured) and there are some background options. If you are unfamiliar with layers, look at the layer box and click the circle next to the layer and it should turn black, then that particular layer will affect the picture however the layer says .

Really and truly, I'm not anti-rule. I have them myself. What I object to is people having complicated, overly-specific rules. And labeling pets as "for wishlist pets only" and then, when you offer them pets on their wishlist, they get all huffy and claim to "blacklist" you. Honestly.

(I'm not really mad, and this isn't a trade rant. I'm just mildly peeved. And more than a bit grateful, since if the little so-and-so hadn't ticked me off, I wouldn't have made this pic... which I really rather like! )
