it's also super easy and relaxing to make your own!

1- set the canvas to your base color
2- airbrush it with another color you want to use that stands out
3- set the pencil tool to 200 size and around 240 opacity less for more detail and more for less detail
4- cover the whole thing and sty clucked the whole time
5- now take whatever colors you want and use the bucket tool to make fun patterns!

So, Im leaving chicken smoothie. I don't play it anymore which is upsetting, but school and such has stopped me from playing it or whatever. SO, im giving away my pets for ART. I really do care about this game.
I care about it enough to spend about two and a half hours of my life on some fanart.

So, yeah. Broken Vessel. It's only the second most depressing boss in this game. Without going into too much detail, I'll try to explain why.
So, when you enter the boss room, you just see Broken Vessel's cracked and, well, broken shell. They're dead. That much is obvious. But then a bunch of infected parasites come out of the ground and reanimate the corpse, so that's what you're fighting. You're not fighting Broken Vessel itself, you're fighting the parasites. I'm pretty sure that if it had really been alive, it would rather be your friend.
As if that wasn't enough--after you "kill" it (after all of the parasites have left, basically), while it still has just a sliver of life left, it reaches out to you before falling to the ground.

The timer is pretty accurate, I would take off two minutes at most. I'm not sure how to feel about the background there--it's just a blur of colors, quite a contrast to the detailed foreground--but I'm already here, I don't particularly want to add another drawing session just for that. I might have wanted to add a few infection bubbles on the left or just scattered around a bit more. Those are just small nitpicks, though; I am very happy with this. It's probably one of my favorite pieces of art that I've done!

Oh, and...here's a video of the boss fight.

I used one reference for Broken Vessel itself, and one reference for the background--clearly I relied on the second one much more heavily.
