Spilled slurpee...Poor slurpee

Fake story thing:

Mother handed him his slurpee "Thankyou mommy..." he slurped a sip and screamed "MOTHER I WANTED STRAWBERRY BANNANA NOT STRAWBERRY PINAPPLE" he threw the cup on the sidewalk, the lid popping off with a pop. He stomped in a circle screaming as the slurpee shot out covering the lid and spreading over the sidewalk. His mother stared "Now jonathan look at that poor slurpy!" she shook her head "Now he will cry and will never be wanted!" she shook her hand "And now you must control your temper" he screamed "NO WAY MOTHER I WANTED A GOOD SLURPEE NOT THAT PILE OF..." his mother covered his mouth "Now Jonathan now you will have no slurpees for a month and you are grounded for a week! Now get in the car!" she grabbed his wrist and shoved the now crying boy into the back seat, before getting in the drivers seat of her convertible. Hours later the slurpy continued to wait a tear rolling down its plastic.

These are the tracks I have sketched out the second one dissapears in the 3 scene...

Also tracks 1 and 3 seem to go seperate ways...

The type of rock that these footprints are on is mudstone cause it imprints better and there was greenery showing it was in a jungle..

Today, one of my teachers tried to pronounce "tricolor" in French ("tricolore," I think). He didn't really manage, as it came out as "Tree-color," but it did give me this random idea.
Oh, and the tree isn't on the flag. It's in front of it.
Anyway, what do you think? Any comments are appreciated! ^^
Oh, and I used a reference for the tree.
