I was basically experimenting with light and shadow when it turned into this.
more simple ideas... :what:

Edit: made better shading and shadows
lantern light is smaller

This is a huge WIP. If anyone knows how to keep it from flipping back to the side(like it is now) id really appreciate if they let me know. Its supposed to be vertical but I have no idea how ot keep it that way...
I plan on making it sort of like a neon rainbow.. maybe. We'll see. Still a wip, so don't get too excited yet haha

It looks cool!

To make your drawing stand vertically, you have to go to http://www.chickensmoothie.com/oekaki/settings.php and choose ChibiPaint v2.0, then you rotate your drawing so it's perfectly vertical, and make sure you save it like that.

I drew a yellow dot with a green dot inside it than I took the smear tool (its the hand) put blending on 0% and grabbed the dot and moved it around :)
