Looking for help with drawing art, If you can please help!

I had an idea but I was too lazy to go through with it so here's this instead

this took way longer than i wanted it to, but i didn't do it in one sitting so... yeah.
just experimenting trying to make it look good. I'm going to try to do more backgrounds and stuff like that, because I'm not very good at it.

I need to work on this. heck, I did this pretty quickly so I have to give credit

I'm not a good artist or anything, to be honest.
This is my first time using Oekaki and it's actually pretty cool.
Only problem is I don't use any professional equipment and my trackpad has been funny lately.
So, uhhh, enjoy this broken tree thing?
Any and all feedback is welcome, even though I probably won't use oekaki often.

ignore the timer it's very, very, very incorrect! someone *cough cough* kept distracting me all the time i was drawing. but i don't mind, he's the best kind of distraction

considering i've never even attempted anything like this before, i am more than pleasantly surprised with how it turned out! personally i think i did a decent job, especially at the lights. and oh lord those lights... it was fun, but i'll be having nightmares if i ever have to draw so many dots again. to put it into perspective, none of those lights are the same. all are individually drawn on the strings. save my soul

so, what inspired this? during the winter holiday i traveled to romania on my own (first time traveling alone, and first time on a plane!) to meet my long-distance boyfriend for the first time for a week, and since i got so many photos i decided to draw one of them. drawing helps me remember important memories i never want to lose, and every memory i made there means more than anything to me. i started this drawing mid january, and took a long break from drawing throughout january - march, but lately i've been working on finishing off sections of it and now i believe it should finally be complete!
and here's the photo it's based of! i tried to keep it relatively accurate to how the photo portrayed the scene, but in my own kind of style. please, do not claim this photo as yours. i will be deeply offended as i have many connections and memories to it. it was taken by me, therefore owned by me. the only other person who may use this photo is noirpocileh if he wishes to. after all, he was next to me at the time this photo was taken

today the last period of the day i felt really weird ! like when they give you shots when they have to take out your wisdom teeth and you lose the ability to think through your actions before just doing whatever. so i kinda only half remember the last period today. sfkhdfglhjh

I wanted to draw some more pixel? scenery after my last big pixel drawing. This ended up being a collection of places Newt has been and where he currently lives.
