    Hey! Thought I'd just offer a little opinion/insight to this neat sketch.

    The only thing that seems off (if at all) to me is his hair; Ciel parts his hair more on the right than the left, but it seems like it's the other way around here. I know it's one of the smallest, most inconsequential things ever, but I'm obsessed with drawing hair, I'm sorry. >.< another thing is a suggestion for the pigtails; first, think about his hair. Is it unruly? Wiry? Silky? Thin? Since Ciel has pretty Silky and borderline thin hair, I would say the pigtails might look better if the pigtail doesn't start and end at equal length. Think of a pigtail as something that's almost like the tip of a brush, almost like a teardrop, and also remember gravity and inertia so you can correctly slant it. Of course, since it's also hair, it can't be a smooth dollop, but that's the overall shape I follow for these types of hairstyles and stuff. I hope this helps. ^^
