I didn't want this to sit in Unfinished forever, because my guess is it's not 100% CS appropriate. It has blood and implications that the character in the drawing was going to harm himself, which is against CS roleplay rules, so I assume it's not the best idea to put it on CS.
I'll put it on my dA, nortyofjamaa.
My only hint here is that a certain actual-red-redhead wolf boy may not retain his good nearly 20/20 vision. More like 20/0.

anyway some quick translations of my scribbles:

-use heads as a measurement. a person is about 6 heads tall. the most useful to me is that one more head length gets you to the mid-breast/nipple line on females (it's slightly short if the person's wearing a bra). don't be afraid to look at nude reference for this, it's all part of becoming an artist and you can find appropriate reference with some parental help

-in general for ladies, hips are larger than shoulders, the opposite is true for the dudes

-that wrist will hit below the hip, with fingertips hitting the side, right at mid-thigh.

^the good thing about this is you can test this tip and many others on yourself!

mainly though - measure out by heads, don't be afraid to stretch things and do the body larger, and get some practice! more good drawings like this will lead to great ones down the road!! you can do it!! \o/

The reason will be hinted in my drawings. My only hint here is to try and see what highlighting the text after the visible wording in my later drawings of Prince will do.
