my favorite character ive ever played on an smp, a casino owner with a hatred for gambling and everything associated with it.

their spouse was obsessed with that casino. the thing was their pride and joy. he even enlisted their help, and being head over heels, they obliged. that bright neon sign they built stood out over the casino and attracted many visitors. but with time they grew to hate it. all their spare time went to that thing. he rarely visited them and so they were left alone with their kid marcy most days, building a house that overshadowed all else so they could pass the time and perhaps find happiness. but that didnt last long. building a home was no longer something they could do. working at the casino became all they knew. and when a wither came through and blew a few holes in that place they were grateful. perhaps it was a sign from god. soon after, their spouse disappeared. but they did not feel upset. they had fallen out of love with him long ago. so they burned that casino to the ground. delirious laughter coming from the site of the crime. their close friend mel had even come along to help. but now any source of income they may have had was gone. so they built their own casino, and ran it how they felt it should be, alongside their child marcy and their new spouse mel, who brought her own child kay along. but they still despised the entire business. who wouldnt after all that had happened?

the rp for this was insane lmao and we had to fit the whole 'spouse disappearing' thing in bc one of our friends (who played my spouse) turned out to be a bad person and blocked us when we tried to call em out. so i really did burn down that casino of his. it felt kinda freeing after realizing that he had been treating me more as a therapist then a friend.

enough rambling from me. im a bit proud of this piece.
