Heeey i'm kinda back?
*Rambling Ahead*
So the other day I was looking through one of my sketchbooks when i found this... lovely specimen. Notes and all. I decided to recreate him on cs, here. He was colored with oversaturated markers/crayons so yep, intense hair/eye colors.
This design would be none other than the first design for a certain little ginger scientist whom I draw way too much.
He was created near the end of July due to an offhand comment about a scientist. But then I got really inspired. During that time, there was a period of 1-2 days where I was without internet. So I drew a.lot. in sketchbooks. My only intent for this character was to spoof/overplay the mad scientist trope as much as possible. I didn't care about any other aspects of his personality.
In like earlier August I drew him on cs as a cat, fixing up the intensity of the colors, and adding/removing different parts of his design. Still he continued to be the same ol' borderline evil crazy scientist.
Of course later on I ended up adding more aspects to his personality to the point his craziness isn't even relevant anymore, I decided to change it because it just didn't work. It didn't make sense whatsoever.
During this timespan my sister (a true legend) begged me to make him a friend, so I went with an old design that also was on paper of a vampire-y man only to twist that fact and make him the opposite of one (he kills vampires instead ahahah so ironic) then I decided to do nothing with said friend but later went back to work on him.
Then, basically things went downhill and he grew more and more whiny, annoying, and less sympathetic. I scrapped his weird backstory of a fire, and then made him more willing to do anything for success, he's more into himself... he has really no good traits now, though this was only because he had some stuff happen in his life he'd rather not speak of.
Anyways, my process with character design is I try to pick hair and eyecolors that fit with their personality/characters, that make you know what kinda character they're about just by looking at them. But I dunno if I succeed.

and man i'm posting this but already wanna change the mouth, think i'll just leave it sigh

anyways i havent been active in forever. figured i'd make a couple adopts bc thats a lot of fun but i got too invested and they've been taking forever. promise me you wont look at the timer on that drawing ripppp

Vexx is a dark elf. He has a magical orb that has been passed down through his family for generations that grants him the power of flight. The wings appear and disapear when the orb is activated.

How I managed to draw this I don't know, I guess this art is fueled by stress. The timer is mostly accurate, though I had to keep going back and forth with cleaning pet cages and the house.

This is NOWHERE near done, might color later if I can muster the will to do anything, so have a crappy doodle of the leader of the Decepticon Justice Division. This is a VERY rough drawing.

I've been treated really badly in these past few weeks. I'm just done with it all.

top to bottom for the crown/crown's alter/meanings to me:
Society: I'm done with being shunned and hated and made fun of. I just wish it would all end.
Lies: I don't want to lie about who I am. I will never lie about what I like and what I dislike. I'm hated for it, but so be it.
Social Media: I detest social media. I don't have an account on any social media that isn't forums. I don't care about what is going on in the lives of celebrities, what you just got, who you like, where you are, what you own, etc.
Religion: I'm done with religion telling me what to be. I'm done with the people who shun me because I like non-religious things.
Music: I hate the message that most music brings. I hate how it's all fake and how it means nothing anymore.
Stereotype: I hate being stereotyped because of my gender, or what I'm good at. I can do whatever I want, and nothing can stop me now.

So yeah this is Allura from voltron. I dont know why i made this because i dont really like her. I was going to do a background but i wanted to post this before season 8 came out so here she is. Btw it probably doesnt have the right time because i just did the finishing touches on my phone and it took a while because im too lazy to go downstairs and fix it on the computer. Im also posting this now because i accomplished nothing over the weekend and i want to feel like i actually did something even though i started this a long time ago.
