villain team! they arent all that strong on their own but they are all very intelligent and pretty much unstoppable as a team. they all work for the Big Boss in the same way that the other villain group does, but they only meet up when The Boss decides to send hiru over to work with the other team, bc ... healers are useful

• hacker quirk - they can jump into any phone/pc and read its data
  
  • this gives them access to all sorts of data on people
  • they can teleport through a phone call
  • when a connection is lost while they use their quirk, it makes their body start to flake out
  • they can also interrupt connections themself

• has no impulse control or fear of death
• very compassionate if youre a kid or a team mate
• health transfer quirk - takes "health" from one person/herself & gives to another person/herself
  
  • so long as she has a store of other people's health in herself, she has incredibly rapid healing
  • she heals other people a little slower than she can heal herself
  • recipient of health glows! so she glows if you hurt her and you will glow if shes fixing you

• easily upset or annoyed
• kinda whiney but its endearing
• body slowing quirk - he vomits a very watery white liquid that quickly dries on any person it touches
  
  • he projectiles and a lot of it comes out every time he uses his quirk
  • it will absorb into you and cause your body to "stop" moving
  • it actually slows you down a lot, you can still move
  • so people with super speed quirks will just end up moving normally/sluggishly

• has trouble staying focused on the task
• doesnt like killing people
• portal quirk - with his left and right hands he can place an input/output portal
  
  • it works like a portal gun! he can only have one active portal open at any time
  • he automatically places a portal on any surface he touches with his thumbs
  • it forms as a glowing circle that opens when it senses something about to enter
  • like an automatic door

the group of them were slowly taken in by the Boss all at the ages of 11-13 & lived in a small hideout together. theyre all very codependent, though hiru and kesu are slightly better at functioning on their own than the other three
