Woah, look at me! Two drawings in one day!
Okay, well, I started this one and just had to shade and do the background today... BUT STILL C:


I've just recently finished the Lunar Chronicles books, and OH MAN, I fell in love with the characters and the story and just the whole idea in general! Such a good series - I highly recommend it! <3
I hadn't finished Winter yet when I first started this, but I wanted to draw a character from the books without having to look up how others draw them, since I was avoiding spoilers and uh, my mind is dumb sometimes, XD. So I went with Scarlet (she's based off Red Riding Hood c;), who was the easiest for my mind to envision on its own! This probably isn't quite how others see her at all, but I kinda like it so uh... yay? XD

On top of that, I think I'm slowly improving with my humans? Maybe? Sorta? Idk tbh, but I'm at least becoming more comfortable with them, so that's good! c:
All the same though, I feel like this is too... simple. Or childish-looking. Idk. I hope not? But yeah :1


Anywho, the timer's... actually idk. I think it's off by a little bit? I forgot honestly. XD

When I saw this, the first thing I thought was 'beautiful roses', and then I read your description. I think you drew them pretty well!
As long as someone can recognize as roses, I think you're golden (and I recognized them immediately)!

I really like how you did their eyes too!

Also, I think one of your mine vs yours challenges is in my bookmarks somewhere XD; I really need to manage my bookmarks better :P

Ghosts

Victor can see ghosts and because of his guilt he doesn't quite like this fact. He has a hard time with it and confuses others when he screams at thin air, except Henry, he can relate (not cuz he can see ghosts but for another reason) . The only thin air people are supposed to scream at is Griffin and that's just the rules and it's obviously not him he's screaming at.
mmm had a productive day today, drew a little, watched a bad movie with my sis and listened to a whole soundtrack w/ my sis. Fun stuff.

To start out, the timer is off. This started as 3 different drawings before it became this, and I was eating, and talking to someone, and wandering, and taking pictures. My attention span is nonexistent.

Anyway, this is Picasso (thank you for naming him, Nanorat) and he's a 501st boy that loves splatter painting.
A quick summary of his backstory is: he was painting his helmet for Ahsoka's return and somewhere in the room one clone bumped another, he got mad, started a paint war, and Picasso loved the look of the splattered armor so much that he decided to roll with it and continue to splatter it (and many other things) even more.

Picasso and Sketch are artistic enemies. Sketch does not approve of such reckless and messy art, he prefers realistic art with structure and purpose. Picasso likes wild and unexplainable art that allows him to get messy.
You can usually find Picasso splattering Sketch's art and Sketch trailing after him as he tries to fix the splattery messes (thank you again, Nanorat, for that addition)

    I identify with evan a little too much and wanted to make a happy version of this sketch because if he can get up every day and get through the day with his anxiety disorder than so can I!! in your face anxiety I will fight you in a dennys parking lot

    anyway I feel like he and connor made a genuine mutual connection and understanding even with such a short interaction and I wish they had the chance to have more conversations. they should have had the chance to have more :(
