This summer, I've become obsessed with reading Webtoons, like, dang, free comics?? And so many romantic ones? I'M IN. C:< I've drawn a few characters from Webtoons but those were all traditional drawings. I wanted to try doing one digitally! Andddd, none of them were from Siren's Lament (Just a note, this Webtoon is PG13 cause it contains half-dressed sirens or sirens changing into humans and other PG13 related things! Just a warning!), I started that one only a week ago or so and I've binged through quite a few chapters. XD Anyway, I drew my favorite character it!

Yesterday, me and a friend were talking and I mentioned who I was drawing and that I love him so dang much. She encouraged me to write about him in my description for this art so... HERE I GO. C:

Ian, oh, Ian. He is a total jerk but in the best way possible. ;-; I love how he pulls this super cool front but when you get from his perspective, you realize he's really awkward and has no idea how to express his feelings in a normal way, which, I mean, makes sense for him being a siren. He acts like such a dorky third-wheel for the main character, Lyra, and her best friend, Shon. I honestly feel really bad for Ian though, for multiple reasons. </3 He's so lonely, I get that feeling and I really sympathize with him. Sad Ian is heartbreaking. </3 Ian is one of those characters that acts like a huge drama king and showoff who acts like he can never get fazed but he really CAN. I love love LOVE it when someone (LYRA. C:) can make him awkward or blush or do that thing where he embarrassed himself so he insults and gets mad at whatever. <3 Also. Dude. He's hot. Yes, I love his design and YES, I have a crush on a fictional siren. ;__;

I was planning on drawing Ian in... well, clothes. My sister impishly suggested I draw him in his siren form. And I mean, shading skin IS my favorite thing to shade... so I joyously agreed caved and decided I'd draw him from shoulders up... just so I can actually show people my art... actually. I'll probably never show anyone this art. c: I think I'd get teased so uh... yeah. XD

Anywayyy, the timer is off by a little (It took me ages to do his hair. *sob*), I used a mouse, and please don't steal or repost this! This character does not belong to me, Ian belongs to Instantmiso!
