11 months pass in my journey to recover from a past addiction. This piece is small. I'm feeling odd when it comes to this month.. Maybe it's because I am so close to 1 whole year..? I don't know.. I feel small.. Like I wanna hide... But also Proud... Proud of my recovery... But not proud of my past.. Its a weird mix of emotions. Trying to keep my chin up.

My active time is when it's dark out (I work late shifts and come home at night) and normally it's okay and I'm fine, but once a d a ehe my mind just asks itself "what if there was a thing over there?" And the logical side of my brain says there isnt, I can clearly see there is nothing over there, there has never been anything over there... but then it just says once more "but what if there is?" And it sends me into a panic.
Same goes for when I'm in my room and my mind just says "what if there will be eyes in your window if you look over there" and while I know there wont be, the possibility that there will be sends me into the same anxiety loop.

Only way to get me out of it when I've gotten in that hole is to stop, and focus on something else.
Like I said, most of the time it doesnt happen, it's only been once or twice a month now- used to be weekly before... but I was walking home and I went into the loop and though i could draw some vent art: which i havent ever done... I dont really see the charm? But I guess I wouldnt have known unless I tried it.
Holding onto bad emotions like that for a while is gross and I dont support it, that's why the timer is so short.

Bruh Giovanni in the Pokemon Manga is now the world's worst fictional dad. Worse than Ex, worse than Endeavor.
So i don't think i have to explain why Endeavor is bad, since half this website likes My Hero Academia, but for the people who don't know, he was abusive (from what i remember at least??)
But Ex i DO have to explain, because only me and 2 other people have ever heard of Puyo Puyo Tetris.
So basically Ex was the father of a character called Ess, and he got these powers, and he used portals to become the keeper of dimensions, and his daughter doesn't even remember him, and she thinks her father is a robot, blah blah blah, not going to explain this watch the cutscenes on YT or buy the game the 1 hour/20 - 30 USD is worth it
