Poisons galore
I shouldn't listen to Vocaloid while drawing. I originally wasn't going to post this, but I really did like it as it is pretty good as far as my humans go, so I decided to make a clean version to post here because I want to start putting some humans in my gallery so I can become less self-conscious about them. Now everyone can enjoy my attempts at drawing humans, most of which are fails.

Dangerous Weekend
I got bored and I needed an excuse to draw, so I decided to start drawing the project I have. Its just a simple electronics thing I work on in my free time. I was going to actually do a sketch and see what I could do short time, but I guess I'm ocd about details and will finish it tomorrow. |

The Most Horrible Enemy
In my younger years, I remember how I would fight fearlessly among the warriors in my comic books, and movies, and thick thick books, [thicker than the other kids I knew at least.] I remember how I would run down long winding forest paths and crawl through the tunnels of cavern fortresses. My trusted sword by my side, I could cut down armies and hoards. Horrible monsters would cower, and at the end of the day, I would sit back and stare up at summer and autumn night skies, freer than the wind and stars I liked to laugh along side. Fireflies and frogs, and wet grass, and ripped spare cloth capes, scuffed up knees, and tangled tangled hair. I was a pokemon trainer, a dragon, a warrior, an elf, a runaway experiment, a Jedi, a howling monster, a renegade. I was fearless in the face of gigantic spiders, shadowy creatures that lurked right outside my vision, every horrible screaming and clawed and fanged and pincered beast that came my way. But there was a day that I began to realize something. Something horrible. There was an enemy worse than all of them put together. It was something that lurked right outside the corner of my vision. It was following me. It was watching me. I caught it behind my reflection on one evening. A faceless thing. It looked like me. But wasn't me. It had no voice. No personality at all. And it was perfect in every single way. "Hello." It said, but not really said. I pulled my sword on it, only to realize it couldn't be fought. It couldn't be killed. This thing, it followed me for years after that day. It was in every single word people said, every single moment I looked in the mirror and heard the things people said about me. It was in every person who couldn't see what I saw. Every person who laughed and called my feats 'stupid games'. Every time someone gave me bladelike looks. Every time I was too smart, or that I stuttered, or someone laughed. And every time I winced at it, it became stronger. And I weaker. My cape, started to hang in tatters, and my sword was actually made of plastic. And I, was some stupid little kid standing outside alone. And the more I lost myself, the clearer it became in front of me. I realized it had perfectly straight hair, perfectly neat fingernails, perfectly prim and fashionable clothes. And what it wanted was for me to become it, just like all of the other girls were. "I can make you pretty. I can make you normal, I can make them stop laughing at you. I can make you have friends." But I just couldn't let myself be like it. I remember how hard it got, the more it ran after me. I remember how it got to the point that literally every waking moment I could see it standing behind me, and hear its voice in every single thing people said to me. I was its walking and running prisoner. But I still fought. I still struggled. I just wouldn't let it have my face too. I wanted to die. My life was a living fight uphill. Its voice was a torrent. It was a hiss down the hallway. It was a scream every time I looked at myself in the mirror. But somehow, I fought it. Somehow, just one day, I stood up and told it to go away. Somehow, I looked it straight in its blank and menacing face. I pulled on clothes, not the ones it wanted me to wear, and not the ones I'd been hiding myself in. I dug through my closet and did something different. Somehow, I stood a little taller and straighter, and looked all of the others it had taken right in the eye. Somehow, I started to raise my hands a little higher, and make my voice a little louder. And somehow, I started to fight it. Not with plastic swords, but with words. I saw it hissing into other people's ears, and ripping at their faces like it had so badly scarred mine. I saw it trying to tear apart their voices, their wings, their swords, their feet, their hands, their work. I knew how much it wanted to rip everything apart and make it as blank and lifeless as it was. And I've had enough of it. I've had enough of its nastiness. I've had enough of the misty half-life it tries to impose on us, only to make it a blood-red haze when we say NO NO NO. I've had enough of it saying we're no good, or not pretty, or have no skill, or that because we don't fit its impossible image of perfection that we have to be rejects. This THING doesn't tell anyone what to think, or anyone what to look like. Or how to act, or what's right and wrong. You tell yourself that. Ok, the biggest inspiration for this came from this song. It's very good, and makes me cry nearly every time, though its a bit abstract. [thats where the paper over the face came from.] |

ask the humanized personality cores~!
this took SO LONG but it was worth it i think. i had no room to fit the cores that either didnt talk or made no sense talking [anger/morality cores] so i decided not to include them. id love to doodle answers if anyone wants to ask them questions.
the cores are from portal [(c) valve] and the only thing i have made myself are their human designs. that being said, even if youve never played the portal games, please feel free to ask these little guys anything youd want! i seriously doubt this will get any attention, so every tiny drop helps! xDD ahem. ill go ahead and let them introduce themselves now. [this is from left to right, by the way.] im the curiosity core! HI~! who are you?? wanna ask me something? i bet you do-- oOOH THAT THING HAS NUMBERS ON IT! I am the Intelligence Core. Though, sometimes I'm called the Cake Core. Either works. Now, I'm going make a cake. Please keep the questions to a minimum so I can concentrate. The core you are reading about now is known as the Fact Sphere. He is the most handsome core and deserves the most questions. He knows all of the answers.
