Gosh did this take forever XD I worked on it off and on all week, so I guess it should be something like 3 hours. So, a little background for you: I was listening to some various Radical Face songs while trying to break a little art block (since Radical Face songs always have amazing stories <3) and picked this one from the album I was listening to. I loved the lyrics so I Googled them and this is my depiction of the story :3 I tried a little more of an "in depth" shading style, and I'm still really bad with backgrounds :l Well, one upside is that I think I'm going to keep these two as characters c: Expect some references and more art of them if I do <3

Divergent- Dauntless

I just got home from the theater, watched Divergent and decided to quickly whip this up.
Dauntless was by far my favorite faction. It totally resembled me!
So I drew this, the Dauntless symbol with to coal hands.
I didn't spend much time on the background though, I may go fluff that up later.

That timer is worst than the cake.
Take 3-4 hours of bumbling, chopping and changing, procrastinating and baking then thats probably about it.
I've been practicing my hoomans, but Its still super bad I'm sorry.

With the orb thing, I consider it a conjuring. Different colours will mean and do different things [for example that paleish blue is just light I guess..?] but she would have to learn or experience different things. IDK i'm rambling again.

I'm not sure about that corset colouring though.
Overall not sure about the clothing. But there didn't seem to be a particular preference so... eh.

Comments and crit are encouraged! I love a good crit, as long as it helps and isn't just abusive.

This is finished to an extend, but I may change about things or add more.

Also inspired by listening to this glorious ear candy.

so I wrote a prologue for this story in Physics (yes I don't know if I ever actually do any work in that class ^^')
the character above doesn't have a name yet (there's just a whole tonne of black spaces in the story where her name should be XD)
she's an albino and constantly carries around that red parasol because her skin is damaged very easily by UV rays
I also doubles as a weapon .... Anymore info would be spoilers hushy hush hush <333
don't know if i'll post on cs or not yet
depends on if I can stick with the storyline ... which is rare for me XD

    My character Uri Tamer (translates to light tamer). I'd explain him further, but at the moment, I'm not really in the mood to type it all out. orz
    Essentially, he can see shadows (particularly free ones which other humans typically cannot but also the ones tied to humans) and has the ability to manipulate his own shadow. There's a whole story in relation to him that I have thought up. :P

    Also, he's referring to the shadows who are seriously a pain in the neck in that little speech bubble. XD

    That's really all I have to say about this.

    ❥ So, since I did Rexan, I couldn't help but draw these two as well as two fairy princesses. ^^

    Jolsen's outfit was inspired by Tinkerbell, whilst Hern's was inspired by Cinderella - and for once, those wings on him are cannon!

    As you can see, Jolsen is actually having fun with the whole idea, considering he's out going and loves to have a laugh - Hern on the other hand... well... not so much. ^^

    Both belong to me <3
