My only tip would be..
Try drawing the background first, and then adding another layer for the eye. I can see where you have had to color around it.

Because this is my irrestibably beutifully blind fursona Phishy.
she Doesnt care what other think,and its not like it matters.
FUSONA:
Name:phishy (pronounced; fish-ee)
personality,ect: She is utterly meniacal.Crazy,and always makes a scene.
Even though she is blind,she is an extrodinary fighter with her tail,and can stay in one place and fight with only her tail.
She is also gifted with a unique..well..gift. She can sense items with magical attributes.
Such as her 'thunderbolt" wich is really only a piece of yellow plastic.....right?
She is also a big fan of peircings,not that she knows what they look like.
