Well, I am pretty please with how it came out , but should I make it an adoptable?. You guys decide!

After watching Vampi draw a teddybear, I really wanted to draw one too. I used this image as a reference.

I tried to make the nose look embroidered, but I'm not sure if it worked. This drawing is still a WIP.

Just a canine with round tipped ears sitting in a forest thinking about something. Well, not really I was just trying out new shading techniques, though it looks like theres 3 different types of shading here there's only really two, the one I used for the face(which involved a multiply layer, box blur and a rubber) and then the one on the rest of the body and ears(which involved a multiply layer, rubber and the burn tool) the reason the body and neck look different is because I used a far smaller size of rubber to do the neck to give the fur a more coarser appearance. ^^
I'm really trying to improve on shading and backgrounds(though the background here isn't much, I was focusing on the shading) because my anatomy isn't extremely off, far from perfect, but not terrible, so I need to work on my really weak points which are the shading and backgrounds.
So any critique and tips to improve would be amazing, comments are great too but I'd love some crit to help me get better. ^^;

Alright, to be perfectly honest, I had to read the comments on your drawing to tell that it was a wolf. The anatomy of your drawing is much more catlike in many ways. : U

For one, there should be a snout. A nice, long, slightly squared snout.The chin should also run to meet the rest of the mouth, rather than giving up halfway.
And wolves do have whiskers, but not like the ones you have on yours. That was one of the things that led me to believe that it was a cat.

The eyes should be a little closer together,smaller, and more wolf-like.
There also tends to be lines around the wolf's eyes, making "brows."

Here you can see the eyes and brows very clearly.

Wolves have a LOT of fluff on their neck, so it should be much larger.

Wolves don't have stubby little limbs like the one in your drawing, and they should not be able to bend or lift like that at all. Especially considering the length of a wolf's neck, you should only be able to see the ridge of the shoulders here.

For the ears, I turned them backwards since, with the position you had the one in, it would make more sense for them to be turned back.

here is my baby.

I will still finish this later! I'm pretty much done... just need to give the fur shading... This cat has some MAJOR shading in it's fur... yay ...
Okay, so, I skipped most some of the fur shading, but I was really putting it off, so I just decided to leave it be. It looks good enough to me.

A picture of when after Gold was rescued/adopted by Bracken and Giniro. He was a teen when he remembered his parents. It's supposed to look like he is crying because they're now dead from a war.

Anyone help with how to make the tears seem more realistic will be greatly apreciated.
