This is a sad little stray puppy. Isn't he cute? The timer is wrong but I did spend a lot of time of this.
I also thought about making this an editable but then no one ever colors in editables that I do.

I was in the Thanksgiving spirit earlier (even though Thanksgiving is a while away) and decided to doodle a bit.

Oh, and ignore the timer. I had to eat dinner and yada yada yada. :P

You have a good general sense of fur direction and where to put curves. My biggest suggestion would just be to "elongate" everything, your wolf is a bit scrunched up. ;D

Fabulous work though, you should be proud! I was honored to be given the opportunity to redline for you. =)

Heh... I've been listening to Adam Lambert's music a lot lately and just had to draw a "glam" Liphon.

He usually does not have hair... or eye liner... or a hat... But it just fit. >.<

I wanted to make a glittery background... but it failed.

My fullbody redline may be off slightly.

...at the strangest times. Normally around 1-2AM for me, most of the time thats on a school night. Why I can't get this same drive to draw at a more resonable time, I have no idea.

This was originally for a contest but I love the lines too much to give them up.
So.
I'm thinking about making an adoptable out of them.

I have a few tips for you:

The muzzle is longer.

Don't make your drawing on the first layer, always make it on the second layer so you can erase.

Don't overuse the smoothing tool, it doesn't look so good.

The neck is very fluffy.

Be sure to add muscles in the face and body, to get the correct anatomy, you can look at pictures of wolves.

When you look at a dog's face the nose isn't just a triangle, it has little upside down tear drop shaped nostrils.

And believe it or not, wolves have eyebrows, but they are just little bumps above the eye.
