wow, this is what happens when I actually have motivation... I'm really happy with this, I didn't even use a reference! I don't have much for background skills but I tried, and I don't think it turned out that bad!

I decided I wanted to redesign Zal bc his colors were just eh to me,,,, wow , he bootiful. He looks like a candy goth here, lol.     and abt the static effect, just make a new layer, go under "effects" n click "color noise" ! it works for all versions too ^^
