i still am figuring out birds. Gave myself a time limit this time, and it actually worked out fairly well. Wound up mostly looking like Articuno, but I mean... that's what happens when you fuse two birds I guess 😅 (Two birds and one uh... whatever Froslass is)

I saw Mistcat's post and was inspired to draw some of my Warrior OCs.

Badgerstar - Badgerstar is a cat that has seen a lot in his days. He rebuilt the clan after Ruinstar's terrible leadership. He loves his clan and would do anything for them. Kind, Soft Spoken, Brave
Aldertuft - Aldertuft is the son of Ruinstar and current deputy. He and his brother Pineleg have spent their lifetime proving themselves to their clanmates. Aldertuft is a often seen as the opposite of Badgerstar. Boisterous, Intelligent, Watchful
Hollowwing - Hollowwing is the main villain of the story and my son. Hollowwing was the first kit born to Mudclan after many moons, he was spoiled rotten. His mentor, Ravenwatcher, was jealous of the attention and manipulated him into thinking the clan forgot about him as he got older. He eventually does some bad things and gets kicked from the clan. Quiet, Thoughtful, Sad
Slatescar - Slatescar is a clan elder, though he is young. When Slatescar was an apprentice he was attacked by an alligator, his injuries made it hard to continue his apprenticeship and chose to become an elder. Ruinstar was upset with him and gave him the name Slatescar as punishment. Grumpy, Out Spoken, Wise
Smudgeflank - Smudgeflank is the exact opposite of his mate Slatescar. Smudgeflank was caught up in the same accident as Slatescar, but he got away without injury. Smudgeflank is always there to support his calnmates. He looks up to Badgerstar and all that he has done for his clan. Loud, Proud, Helpful
Rookwisp - Rookwisp is the clan medicine cat. He is extremely nervous and often thinks he is not good enough. After his mentor, Whitepool, died Starclan seemingly went silent. He is always nervous that he was the wrong choice, but Badgerstar always lets him know that he is doing good. Anxious, Hard Working, Observant

idk felt like I needed to draw something so,, uh here it is. something.

Ever feel like, the one thing you are good at is, something you're not really good at? Like maybe you used to be good at it, and you haven't gotten worse, but can you really say you're good at something when you haven't improved at it in seven years? Its not like there isn't room for improvement, you just haven't been doing it regularly, or even,,,,at all. But thats the only thing you've even been 'good' at. When someone asks what your talents are and all you can pull out is this dusty old skill thats not very impressive. You don't really have an excuse, maybe it just doesn't hold the same interest anymore, but you also haven't picked up anything new either and you're just kind at the point where you have nothing to show.

I feel like I should have something I should be focusing on or doing, or trying to improve in. But old interest or new interest everything just sort of feels like, nothing. And the more everything feels like nothing the more I fail to meet even basic daily needs much less strive for something more in life. What effort I do try to put into things is exhausting and never something I can keep up more than a day or two. Maybe I just have too high expectations for myself and I should just try not to have any, or maybe I'm just really not trying hard enough.

oof anyway enjoy this random thing I drew. This circle things are scales btw I know they don't really look it. Its some kind of reptile with bat ears I think and a crocodile tail that I was too lazy to draw properly, and it walks all janky cause its front legs are shorter than the back.

Scary yes, and for good reason, but if you were to look closely into its eyes you would see a kindness with a sparkling curiosity.

This is Violet! While it learns autonomy and what it means to be free, it spends its days walking around the castle that was once a prison and is now a home. Its most favorite things in this world are its Queen, the little Prince, and the little purple flowers that grow near the creeks <3.

This is a mess but I'm not up to coloring it so hopefully you can still tell whats going on.

I started a nuzlocke on my pokemon ruby, but I've also never finish a nuzlockes cause I'm terrible at following the rules and end up quitting out of shame.

So as not to ruin my streak, I was a total wuss and couldn't handle my pokemon fainting and gave up and now its just a regular play-through ~*with restrictions*~ (still only catching the first on every route and trying to minimize fainting at least)

Also broke a rule when I got trapinch cause I can't handle playing without flygon sorry

Soo started with mudkip as always, I really love the ground-water combo and as per the norm they've carried my team most of the game and are a total boss. I know everyone loves blaziken, I played with torchic once but eh just not as awesome as swampart in my book.

Flygon (actually just vibrava right now but I couldn't /not/ draw them as flygon) is not shiny, they are just fabulous and awesome and I love them ok. I love their dragon/ground combo + levitate and they learn all the best moves, and they just look really cool ok. I always tell myself I can't just use the same pokemon every run and every time I cave and get trapinch anyway cause without them life has no meaning.

It always kills me how long aron takes to evolve (I love them, but its like at least 7 levels too long ok, they just aren't powerful enough to still be useful unevolved at lv30) so I just stuck them and trapinch (also useless unevolved sorry flygon but its true) in the daycare till they could evolve

I actually stuck with using whismur (who I've never used before) and they surprised me that they actually aren't that bad in battle, and with the bonus that they level up really quickly especially compared to the rest of my team *cougharoncough*.

I was convinced I was doomed to not have a flying type till after the 5th gym there is a very small side route you can go on and turns out there are taillow there, lucky me cause otherwise my only candidate for Fly was flygon.

I was surprised to catch electrike, and then I remember they don't learn an electric move till lv20. (you catch them at like...12). That was a struggle. But they are doing much better now after I gave them thunderbolt (which they do not learn on their own for some reason...only spark and thunder??)

There is one other on my regular team not pictured here, machoke. Though I kinda cheated for them too cause I had zero use for two numels, so I really only used them for the normal gym and they have been sitting in the box since. I feel kinda bad using them for anything else and the team is still well-rounded even without them.

And yes. I have 7 zigzagoon. They are the bane of my existence. The first 3 pokemon I caught were zigzagoon (ralts was my second encounter on route 102 and I'm still upset). The only reason I was even able to beat the first gym was mudkip. I'm still sobbing over missing shroomish cause breloom is my second favorite pokemon to have during a gen 3 run (after flygon obviously). The team has finally rounded out though, I overleveled so much for the flying gym that I one-shot all of her pokemon (even altaria thanks to giving swampart ice beam, I'm telling you, swampart destroys)

Anyway that is the very exciting cliffnotes on my not nuzlocke. Maybe I'll at least finish the game this time instead of getting 90% there and quitting at the elite 4. Stares at my emerald run that I quit in the middle of victory road. I swear I do actually finish games. Really.
