bubbles and silky

been thinking about these two a lot lately

top is bubbles! i have the least photos of him of the four, and that's a real shame because he was an absolute sweetheart. i mean look at him. he was the friendliest of the lot unless you touched his back- he'd normally hiss at you and walk off, but he was all bark and no bite. he loved to go to sleep in the strangest and most awkward places. the dog was his best friend too, sometimes he would get in the bed with him, much to oscar's dismay.

bottom is silky! she was probably the most shy of the lot but once she warmed up to you she was lovely. when she had something like a pencil or a cat wand toy for example, she'd start meowing and you could hear it all around the house. being the youngest by a couple of years she was the most playful so this happened often. she loved christmas because the christmas tree was like a huge toy to her, but she also loved summer because she loved to sunbathe on the rocks or the decking, since it was the only time of year she deemed the garden worthy of her presence.

in short, i really love these guys and i miss them an awful lot
