I started recoloring this somewhere in between 2017 and 2019, not quite sure what day it was but I think it looks like.

Here is the hellhound without the background I’m really I love with their design. I feel like I need to make more hellhounds for myself. All he needs is a name

uhhh so a color thingy in the iPad that I use uh broke or whatever. anyways so now every single white color is not hot pink. everything looks burnt. this probably looks really ugly but i can't tell. o and all black text has a white shadow. emojis r weird now. but hey, I can still do everything normally soooooo

some people here may remember my first attempt at an arpg, Avidae. while it wasn't terrible, back in 2018 i had a significantly worse understanding of genetics, specifically cat genetics, as well as programming, and the art is... less than stellar to boot. lately i've been considering bringing them back, with a revamped genetics system and lineart.

the major changes would look somewhat like this:

- removing polydactyl and syndactyl (more and less toes) from the genetic system to improve realism (these mutations are often congenital (caused by developmental problems) rather than genetic)

- three bases (rather than two): normal, oriental, and munchkin

- five fur types: short, long, wavy, curly, and hairless

- still three wing types (bird, bat, mixed), but each body type has a different wing shape. Normal has high speed wings (as seen in falcons), oriental has dynamic soaring wings (as seen in albatrosses), and munchkin has passerine wings (as seen in swallows and songbirds)

- four tails: long, short, bobbed, and tailless

- updating color genetics to my current understanding, supported by this very thorough and helpful website.

- adding more activities, such as training, battling, exploring and crafting.

- adding more items to the shop for AP (Avid Points) alongside the eggs (new egg art too?)
