y'all... I've been an artist for kalons for 6 years now

to celebrate, I wanted to make a kal with similar colors to my very first kalon adopt!
they turned out kinda like an eyestrain friendly nonbinary acrylic paint pour haha

I also edited the fur some to be a little bit more reminiscent of the old lines :">

this comp is the same as my very first, a simple naming contest!
not required but a fun little extra, add a picture or gif of paint pour art!

prettying up is encouraged, no extras!

The Abridged History of Tarot
Tarot cards originated in 14th-15th century Europe, originally as a deck of illustrated playing cards with four suits and 22 non-suit cards known as the “Major Arcana”. In 1781, a pastor published an essay declaring them occult objects tied to ancient Egyptian mythology. While this was later debunked, a rich history of fortune telling arose using Tarot!

How to Participate

Every day, Charoite will do a 3-card spread of the Major Arcana. You will pick one of these cards as "your card". At rollover, the cards (and their rewards) will be revealed!

You can also choose to guess if your card will be pulled "upright" or "reversed". If you guess incorrectly, you will not receive a reward, but if you pick correctly, you will receive a special reward!

Booth Items

pebble dust
When sprinkled on a Chicoon's coat, this dust adds small spots of a Chicoon's flame color(s) to their pelt. Spots must not be larger than a standard Chicoon pupil. This item does not affect rarity.

crystal ball
The Crystal Ball speaks to you... you become entranced in its beauty... when applied, this item changes a Chicoon's pupil to either a Spiral or a Sparkle shape. Gives Chicoon "Pupil Edit (UC)" and optionally "Colored Pupil (NR)" if you wish.

Gives a chicoon "Dual Flame Color (UC)"

Chicoons are a strange subclass of dragon, and although they are closely related to Amphithere as well as Western dragons, they are unlike either! Chicoon have long, flexible necks, a curly and stretchy tongue, floppy ears, a box-like head, wings on their head, and a flame that hovers by their tail.

Chicoon are Arboreal Fruigivores that stand roughly 4 feet in height. They have a high intelligence and can learn how to communicate with any animal, however they lack the necessary vocal chords to speak any verbal language. They express emotions mainly through body language and the use of their head-wings, they have proven to be very friendly and generally enjoy the company of humans!

Remember that Chicoons can't speak except through honks, and show emotion through their head wings and facial expressions, so you'll have to be creative on how they communicate!
Also keep in mind Chicoons are frugivores! A frugivore is an animal that thrives mostly on raw fruits or succulent fruit-like produce of plants such as roots, shoots, nuts and seeds (Wikipedia).

Percherons are a breed of draft horse that originated in the Huisne river valley in western France, most commonly seen in a black or grey color. They are well muscled, and known for their intelligence and willingness to work, as well as being generally peaceful creatures that are lovable and easy to train. They're seen between 15 and 19 hands high, and 1,900 to 2,600 pounds. Percherons were originally bred for use as war horses, but over time, they began to be used for pulling stagecoaches and later for agriculture and hauling heavy goods. They have been crossed with several light horse breeds, such as Arabians, to produce horses for range work and competition, but are still used for forestry work and pulling carriages.

Sleepy Hollow Percherons originates from the northern midwest United States, home to many varieties of horse from many different backgrounds of work; working as police mounts in Australia to forestry and farm work in Great Britain, parades, sleigh rides and hayrides around the world, and competing in various classes such as dressage and classic cart. Sleepy Hollow Percherons can very commonly seen in equine therapy and beginner riding lessons as well due to their gentle, relaxed behavior.
