If asked directly, Wisp would deny that they and Basil were 'besties'. They'd probably say they had no best friends at all; in fact, they'd prefer to just not have any friends in general.

That wasn't true, though. They'd been lonely, even after ending up in a run down old building cramped with a dozen other Pokemon. If they didn't make the connections, they couldn't be hurt again.

The only problem was Basil, who wouldn't stop sticking their leafy nose in everything. Always poking in to ask about some obscure piece of trivia, or asking them to show off that one ghost move again, or could they possibly teach them that ghost move, actually... it was incessant.

And it probably didn't help that they always responded - always kept up a conversation. It felt good, to talk to someone like this again. Scary, but... good.

If asked even vaguely, Basil would probably announce that, yes, they and Wisp were besties. They spent just about every day together, after all - chatting, researching, trying out a few new moves.

They had a lot of friends these days, and they enjoyed spending time with all of them. But with Wisp... things flowed a little differently, a little smoother. They just clicked! There was nobody else in the whole world they'd rather spend their time with than their good ol' grumpy best friend.

And they knew that even if they didn't want to admit it out loud, their bestie felt the exact same way.

Please add eye shape (c) to the edits list!
This wouldn't quiite be a max fur edit currently (half tail [0.5] + half back legs [0.5] + chest [0.5] = medium fur [1.5]). You're welcome to either edit the cat to have a max fur edit, or change the edits list and item used

I also can't quite see a pupil edit 😅 If that's intended to cover the stylized highlight, you can remove pupil edit from the list! If there's a shape to the pupil that I'm just not seeing in the small space though, you can go ahead and leave that ^^

Please let me know when that's been updated and I'll be back to approve this cat asap!

Please change this to MYO #897 !
There's just one slight change this cat will need to be approved -- the way the side of the chin lines are moved upward (here) currently gives the cat the appearance of a muzzle edit; if you put those lines back on the original base they'll be good as just common!

Please let me know when that's been updated and I'll be back to approve this cat asap!

Range Trotters are the result of crossbreeding Orlov Trotters, Finnhorses, Welsh Cobs (section C & D) and Hanoverians. Later crosses of Quarter Horses, Paint and Appaloosas to gain color and to give a boost to their hardiness.With a height average of 13-15 hands, they're a hardy breed with characteristics for various disciplines.

Created for use as work, carriage and leisure riding horses originally, they now serve as long-distance range horses, such as work with Park Rangers and mounted officers.

Willing and eager personalities, most are quickly trained to be bombproof and therefore trusted mounts in all lines of work; some are being seen in local show jumping competitions, others are notably used in therapeutic sessions for their calm temperaments. Harness races and endurance trials are common for the breed, as they are able to sustain an extended trot without tire. Cross-Country competitions see some of the taller Trotters, but due to their cob lineage this is still uncommon.

Despite the variety of competitions and work these horses are being seen in, they are still famously skilled as endurance racers. Many competitors have chosen Range Trotters due to their tireless work ethic, as well as the ease in which they can be trained. Many have become champions in endurance trials, and they have quickly become a sought after breed for their natural ability.
