What are they?
Cloud Tail Kitties (CTKs for short) are feline-like creatures with wings. They are nocturnal, and are rarely seen with neon-like coloured pelts, but it may occur at times. They consist of a very cloud-like tail, hence their name, and long ears, and they are usually the size of a normal household cat, but there have been times when one grows to the size of a large canine, or a smaller rabbit.

Rules
.:. For the moment, the maximum amount of CTKs you may own is 5
.:. There are different methods to get a CTK, which are stated in the information under the adoptable
.:. Artists may create themselves 2 customs (one with a rare feature if wanted)
.:. Please don't be rude to any artist, or anyone overall if you don't get the CTK you want, there's always more chances!
.:. Staff get 3 customs
.:. Staff, Mods and Artists may try win CTKs, but can't have their own creations

This CTK is a rare, therefore it will be harder to get
To win this CTK, you have to either draw a picture of it on itss favourite night-time adventure, or write a story about its adventure. Whichever you choose, I'll judge, I won't be picky and be more likely to accept one or the other.
The story would have to include a pretty interesting storyline, and the picture has to include a background (obviously). Shading is optional.
Your artistic skills won't be judged, nor will the spelling/capitalization/grammar in the story, what matters is how interesting it is and how well it shows the character's personality. It's basically showing its personality through a creative art.

What is a Great Plains Equine?:
The GPE are a special breed of horse. They are large and sturdy breed, suited best for working a farm and pulling carts. They also were once used as war horses during the war between the Mountain and Forest kingdoms. GPE stand at 13-17 hands, though are most commonly ranging at around 15-16 hands. Their coats are sleek and soft, the colors and patterns are too varied to even list, though they are most commonly found with a 'paint' style coat. Their manes and tails are long and flowing, their hooves heavily feathers and nearly fully concealed. GPE's have long beards under their chins, both male and female, and have a pair of horns that sweep backwards along their necks. Their eyes range in any color of the full spectrum, and produce a glow that resembles smoke, or possibly flames. They are docile beasts, but are not easily tamed.

ah, it's been forever since I last designed a pseudo on these lines, I'd forgotten how fun it is.

so, apparently it's impossible for me to create a design without the watercolor brush.

greys, yellows and blue. This bab has several edits: 1. her gold earring 2. her scars 3. her tattoos (they're symmetrical)

There is a little thing about her tattoo though:

She can create? summon? (I can't think of the write word) -anyways, golden wings can sometimes materialize from her tattoos. she can't always do this, and they cannot carry her for long. she is loosely based off of the song 'beautiful girl' by broken iris.

About him :Yes let's talk about me I was born in Dakota and i am only child i had a mom and dad but they died while hunting for deer my mom and dad were killed by a bear I really hate those creatures now but that is just because they both were killed by one.I also have a wolf his name is Hunter and he is a black male wolf he helps me with hunting especially with cathing smells of prey. What are they?
Cloud Tail Kitties (CTKs for short) are feline-like creatures with wings. They are nocturnal, and are rarely seen with neon-like coloured pelts, but it may occur at times. They consist of a very cloud-like tail, hence their name, and long ears, and they are usually the size of a normal household cat, but there have been times when one grows to the size of a large canine, or a smaller rabbit.
