The First Encounter

It had been a week, and I was finally starting to get used to this place. I'm no country girl, but since I was adopted by country people I guess I'm going to have to get used to it. I had already gotten dressed, and now I'm just wandering the acres on the tractor. I sighed, noting how hot it was. My new mother had mentioned something about a few wild horses in the area, and that my father had actually gotten one. Yeah, right, I don't think horses are my thing. I'd rather be in a big house with air conditioning painting, honestly.

I was starting not to pay attention, bored out of my mind. I almost did, when I saw a small flash of brown. I stopped the tractor, hopping down and cautiously stepping forward. There it was again! At this point, I was just too curious. I ended up jogging into the tree-shaded area, of which I was somewhat glad to be in- considering that I was shielded from the sun a lot more. Again, there it was! I could start to make out what it was- most likely a horse- to which I was slightly underwhelmed. I was hoping to see something exiting, not a stupid horse.

Nonetheless, I walked closer to it, only to have the thing charge at me. I rolled my eyes and got out of the way, before getting a slight idea. I ran back to the tractor, and took the lasso that it had in it. I at least didn't want this stupid horse charging at me. I ran back over to it, to soon throw it over. It missed. Three times. On the fourth attempt, I finally got somewhere with it, and was able to lasso the horse.

I ended up bringing it through the ranch and up to my new father, to which he saw that it seemed a bit hostile. He quickly took it from me, telling me right off the bat that this horse was a stallion. And then he made me go and get the tractor again. I hate my new life...

Adjusting To The New Home

My new father said that since I had found him, that he was my responsibility. Three days have passed since I first found that stupid horse, and my new parents actually took him! So apparently he had escaped from this Bear Run place, and that that was why he had that marking. They put him in the empty pasture, since they built another one.

So, I guess he's my responsibility now. But the thing hates me! He keeps trying to charge at me. My mother says that I should try liking him; but like I said, horses aren't my thing. But apparently I have to take care of this thing, so I guess I'd better start learning. My father taught me a few things about keeping horses, as in feeding them. I've been feeding him since he got here, and he seems to finally be getting a little used to me.

As the days passed, he started to accept me as a food source, and that I could at least be trusted thus far. of course, my father told me to give him a name, since he was now mine. "Devil," I spat, still not liking him that much. Of course, he laughed, but he responded with "okay then! Devil it is!"

Devil is finally getting used to life here, after about a week and a half. I guess it was about time, considering that I myself was just now getting used to life here. He's no longer kicking at the fences and trying to escape, but still seems rather hostile towards me. My mother still tells me to try liking him through, but seriously, what's there to like about horses?

They have plumage on the back of their heads, it is often known to express their emotions. It will often frill up when startled or scared, repeatedly twitch when happy or excited, sleek down when sad or guilty, so on and so forth.

Jigoku [jig-o-ku] dogs are a canine species found centered around warm areas such as lava beds and deserts. They are relatively about 5 feet tall when standing on all four legs with strong front legs. The dogs are eyeless except the one floating eye above their head and also have lava like blood that is hot to the touch. The blood can be found through cracks in the skin which allows the animal to cool a bit. It is not uncommon to see the dogs with varied horns as well as more cracks in the skin.

Many don't take Pip seriously since he has the body of a young mako, but he takes his job very seriously. Day in and day out, he goes through hours upon hours of video and audio surveillance in order to make sure everyone is doing as they should and that nobody is plotting anything suspicious. Yes, his job may sound tedious, but Pip is a very devoted worker and feels like it is important work. Pip feels that the people in the vault need protecting from all sorts of things, and that this line of work helps to protect them... or at least gives them a sense of security.

When Pip isn't busy working he spends a good chunk of his time tinkering and fixing up old Maintenance Robots and Pip-boys for others around the vault. That's actually where he got his nickname. Yeah Pippin is already a longer version of Pip, but he also knows Pip-boys like the back of his hand. He has fixed more broken Pip-boys than anyone else in Vault 111
(going all new school over here for the vault XD)

Find the light.
Emmi likes to think that the light is in happiness, and the dark is in sadness. She likes to be happy, and see the 'bright' side of things. Even though she is happy most of the time, she is depressed, and dreams of becoming unlocked, so she could give light in the darkest places.

What inspires this Floc to find the light even in the darkest of places?;; Silence knows that there is always light in the darkness you see, even if you have to dig around first. As with others, if Silence sees that they are bad, he knows that on the inside, they may not be, and that they are only hiding their true selves.

What inspires this Floc to find the light even in the darkest of places? by giving herself hope to that everything will work out when you make a goal stride for it. after every mistake she will make to fix it an make something out it right. she won't let guilt take over her an bring her down. she will do everything in her power to find a slitter of good in everything she does.

A Scarfyz is a creature that always has a scarf around it's neck and it has the end of a scarf for a tail. These critters have real good hearing and sight, however there smell is a different story. Since they do not have smell they have antenna. The Scarfyz like on tropical islands like Seychelles. They can also live in forest areas, but they have to be warmer areas of forest. They eat plants and bugs, but they are completely revolted by the mere sight of another animal eating meat, or meat itself. They are warmblooded and can grow from 2'11" to 4'2". They normally don't live with humans but it is possible. The Scarfyz call their babies "Spots".
