Tango is a dressage rider's dream in the show ring. She loves to be the center of attention and always shows well. Her flashy movement and proud self carriage almost always lead to winning scores. Her favorite movement is the extended trot. She really shines during this movement and seems to float across the ground rather than actually touch it. Though Tango loves to show, she does have an opinion about everything. This can make training sessions sometimes frustrating. As long as her rider stays patient and firm, the work always pays off though; with a rider she respects and trusts this mare always excels in the show ring.

Mischievous by nature, everyone can agree that this stallion was born to be a trickster. He often finds himself getting in trouble for pulling sill pranks like stealing people's hats when they walk by his paddock. He is one to buck his riders off when he gets a bit too bored, just to clarify to them that he wants to do a bit more. He is also wry smart and able to unlock his stall door, which is something that he typically does during the night when he wants to get a quick snack of grain from the feed room. He doesn't think he's to blame, as he's just a little hungry after all, but with the mess he makes, his riders would beg to differ. He's not one to play mean or cruel jokes though. In the end, he's just doing thee silly pranks and games for the fun of it and the entertainment of his friends and of course, himself. Besides all this, sometimes his plans are a bit off as he tends to trush into things without thinking them through. He actually feels quite guilty when he bucks a rider off and they get hurt, even though he just meant it as a joke. 250 word or more sad story about one of their Alzheimer's experience: Blue stood within his stall, head pressed against the back corner as he dosed, a typical stance of his. He awoke suddenly as he felt the thundering of hooves as a stallion made his way from a trainer, quickly turning to watch as the stallion kicked open the barn doors before heading out into the open. Blue grew extremely big-headed at the sight and began to beat at his stall door, no luck at first and close to giving up, but soon the door gave way and he quickly made his way for the open doors, everyone seeming enthralled with the other stallion as he headed for a road. Blue gave a load whinny as he bucked and reared, making a show, trying and draw attention to himself in his most typical fashion. In the next moment, a barn hand's eyes found the handsome Moroccan stallion and made his way after him. Blue's tails stood high as he began to trot away, though he soon slowed, and finally stopped, looking around before stooping down to graze, having completely forgotten how he ended outside and what he had been doing. The barn hand was soon behind him, calling out to the stallion and startling him badly, resulting in a hoof to the shoulder. To this day Blue is kept under heavy watch, being as the stallion cannot be trusted with himself, let alone others due to his own problems with memory. He cannot stand to be restrained, constantly fighting small battles not only with himself, but with those that care for him.

Well, here goes nothing. Hi, I'm Wynter Evans, and this is my audio journal of the 2015 Mustang Makeover hosted by Cottonwood Ranch. I guess I should start by introducing myself. I am 17 years old, 5'11'' and have dark brown hair. I have blue eyes and an energetic personality. I'll need that to train my mustang, all right. Right now I am on the road to the ranch to pick up my mustang. I'm really hoping for an older mare, although that'll be pretty unlikely. A part of me wants to have an energetic colt or filly, just for the challenge of it, but I know that even the oldest horse will be a challenge. That's why I want a mare. My horse, Rizzo, is a gelding, and so a mare will give me a bit of a challenge. I've worked with mares before, but I feel the most comfortable with geldings. Oh, who knows. I'm hoping for an appaloosa or a bay. Rizzo is fleabitten gray, and I think I want more of a colorful horse. I like how the Cottonwood Mustang Makeover is different from the famous BLM one. I get to keep my mustang, and Rizzo will finally have a playmate. My mom's horses are all rescues, and few of them are gentled enough to have another horse with them 24/7. Once I tame this horse, Rizzo will have a buddy. I don't know about names yet. If it's a mare I'm thinking about naming her something nature inspired, Willow or Aspyn maybe. If it's a gelding I'm thinking either Rowan or Renegade. AMS Renegade. That's what his show name would be. It has a nice ring to it. It really depends on what the horse looks like to find the perfect name. Only five minutes now. I'm rambling. I am having second thoughts about entering this contest. A wild mustang, and I'm supposed to train it in seventy days. Ugh. No going back now. I am just pulling in, and I can see all of the mustangs. Phew. So many horses. Roans and grays and appys and bays. Mares and geldings, colts and fillies. Some are freaking out, sprinting around their pen. Some are calmly chewing grass. Most of them are watching the people warily, ears back and tails twitching. So many. I would be happy with any of them. I was just handed my registration slip, and it has my mustang's information on it. I haven't looked at it yet. Let's see...Number 857813, four years old, oh god, sooty palomino tobiano, gelding, 15 hands. Well, not exactly what I wanted, but I'm sure he'll be fine. Oh look at this extra. "This gelding is a clever, quiet guy, and you know what they say- "don't trust the quiet ones!" He is very good at getting out of pens, opening bolts, levers, and the like. His curiosity may best be sated with more interesting training methods." Wonderful. Just perfect. What if he escapes? Interesting training methods should not be a problem, but I was planning on keeping him outside until he trusted me more. Well, here goes nothing.

I have my mustang in the trailer, and he's beautiful. Nice wide blaze, pretty white markings. His sooty palomino is gorgeous. We had a bit of trouble getting him into the trailer, another stablehand and I got stepped on and the stablehand got kicked. Luckily we were both wearing iron toe boots, so it didn't hurt much. He's kicking a bit in the trailer now, though not as much as I would expect from a four year old wild mustang. Don't trust the quiet ones. Well, we can only hope that he doesn't get out before he trusts me a least. I'll have to reinforce the lock on his paddock. Speaking of his paddock, I'm actually really excited about it. it is a quarter acre by a half acre, so it is kinda small, but has a few trees scattered throughout and a small hill. I've scattered old halters, saddles lead ropes, all kinds of tack and other things on the fence and on low branches of the trees to get him used to that stuff. His paddock adjoins with Rizzo's, and I'm hoping that gets him used to being around other horses all of the time. It also has a gate that leads into a small circular training pen that'll make it easier to train him until he trusts me more. Anyway, I need to come up with a name. Right now I am thinking Renegade or Quinn. I don't really know. We just pulled into the driveway, and it might be a bit of a hassle. This task is becoming a bit more than daunting.

Kennewell purchased Belong To Madam's Falvelon yearling colt for $230,000 at the 2012 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling sale.
Belong To Madam was covered by Show a Heart last year having missed to the Glenlogan Park stallion the previous season.
Conservatorium comes from the 11th crop by the Coolmore stalwart Royal Academy (USA). The son of Nijinsky left 169 stakes-winners worldwide.
Pensioned following the 2009 season, Royal Academy died at Coolmore Stud in February last year after covering 14 books of mares in Australia.
