What is a Trail Blazer?

Trail Blazers are spiritual entities that are guided by their tails. When born, Trail Blazers do not have a fiery tail, only the patch of gems on their shoulder. Depending on the gem color, the flames will retain that color as the form. That way, you can tell what color a TB's flame will be before it forms.
A Trail Blazer will wander the universe in the form of a figure of mist until it has found the person it was meant to be with. At birth, a TB is randomly paired with some human in the Galaxy. As they grow older, they start communicating over long distances to their human using telepathy, until they eventually grow their flame, which allows them to travel to their soulmate.
Trail Blazers treat their companion with respect and follow them around, acting like a scared-y cat around other humans. They only form a bond with that human, and will reject any other option of companionship, including a mate. After their companion passes, they travel the universe alone, refusing to grow close to anyone.

-The coin charms are strung in a way that prevents them from clinking against each other so they don't scare off creatures Aleph may be hunting. However the charms may still clink against each other with vigorous movement, such as head-bobbing or during dancing.
-While I think of oxen as being rather aggressive, funnily enough the basis for Aleph's name can also mean "tamed" or "to be acquainted with" depending on the context. I interpret this to mean that once someone becomes more familiar with him and builds a strong enough bond, Aleph will take on a slightly milder behavior.
-Do not try to force Aleph to do something he doesn't want to without a strong resolve. You will get snapped at, no matter what your relationship with him is. Persuasion works better (especially if you offer a fig or two).

Story: Lukas story begins when he was a little Kit Kami. He grew up with his big brother Raavan in a well protected family and territory. Both of them were very liked adventures and never came home after the sun was nearly set. Both had a lot of fun exploring, learning and surviving life - Two Warriors in heart-
One day, when Luka grew into a teenage kami he recognized, that his eye sight getting worse every month. In panic he ran to his mother but she didn't know what to do but wait if it's getting better or not.
Luka was scared of his illness and slides in a deep depression.

In despair he got more and more attached to his brother. From that time on those two couldn't be seperated: Sleeping...in one "nest"; Hunting... together; free time... taking a walk together, bathing together, talking with each other or just enjoying the presence of the other one.

Everytime Raavan has to leave Luka overreacts, got into a panic state and tries to follow him although he can't see clearly anymore. Then Raavan walked back, grabbed his paw and layed it on his shoulder so he could follow him and feel his presence.

They lived for a few years like that and at last he got blind completely. Raavan took this challenge and trained with his brother how to live with that handicap. How to orientate, how to hunt and to "see"... His senses sesibilized and after another few month of hard training he was able to live on his own without great complications. The more he learned and the more he was able to do things again the more he isolated himself from Raavan.

One day he went to Raavan and told him, that he wants to go on a journey to find out who he is, what he is capable of and if he can survive on his own. Raavan couldn't convince him to stay with whatever he said.
Both sepererated on the night to their birthday. It's like both of them getting reborn.

After a long time of absence Raavan joined a pack (my pack) but wasn't able to get a high rank. Other Kamis were stronger or smarter than him and so he has to be on the low ranks without complaining. There, he met Senani, who is also blind like his brother is.

But she was blind since her birth so she doesn't know colours or the need to see with her eyes. Because he knows how to react to a blind Kami they got friends very fast and one day she wasn't depressed anymore and learned to live again because he told her how precious and enjoyable life can be. There was no day where he didn't think about his younger brother and if he is still alive out there in the wild... alone.

One night Raavan sat alone on a cliff and watched the moon. He sighs and thought about Luka. Senani accompanied him, put her paw on his shoulder and sat right next to him.
"One day he will come back to you and then no one can ever part you again!" said Senani and touched his nose with her own.

"We will show him the way to us, shall we?" Senani smiled and then she layed back her head and howled with a beautiful feminin howl. Raavan was surprised but then he joined her with a deep echoeing voice.
