i dont know a whole lot about these babies, but i used to play them a lot in a modded isle server before it exploded. </3

i typically stick to natural colors (if i'm being honest, whatever cats come in xD), but i saw you really wanted bird-based, and i had an ideA!

what i like:

- ceratopsians! (fluffy pachyrhino and avaceratops are my FAVORITES, but i love any centrosaurines really!)
- raptors! im a basic fool :'3
- hadrosaurs, particularly paras, maias, and kritosaurus!)
- MOST DINOS / other prehistoric animals. gorgonopsids and sabertooths make me weak <3
- natural colors / any colors found on cats xD
- white markings found on horses or kitters!
- scars! they tell a story!

what i don't really like:

- bright, unnatural colors
- overly complicated designs

Carnotaurus does! They are my favorite and I've never drawn one so here's my sketch. He doesn't match your other characters style but i just wanted a basic shape to start with. I think hes cute. Coloring will be fun!

From what i can tell they arent a heavily debated dino as far as "updatig" them (looking at you spinosaurus...) so i think he'll be accurate even if hes a bit on the boring side

Dragon shifter but they are a type of dragon I created which I call the Fox dragon (inspired by Haku from Spirited Away because I call his dragon form a wolf dragon)

There's gold in there, I did spacy/Galaxy eyes (the dots are meant to look like stars), and then the shirt is spacy using shades of blue.

Male or agender or nonbinary characters (they're just easier to draw)

Dislikes:
Clashing (bright yellow with purple doesn't look good to me)
Bright and neon colors in general
Weird eyes or mouths
Blood and stuff (don't know why that would be put on a character anyway)
Greens and yellows except specific ones (dark green and forest green are fine as is pastel green, and then creams and golden tans are fine)

if you have trouble placing parts on the face, the typical 'rule of halves' can help you! Halfway between the top of the head and the bottom of the chin is your eye line. Halfway between your eyeline and top of you head is your hair line. Half way between your eye line and the bottom of your chin is your nose line. Half way between your nose line and bottom of chin is you lip line, but these rules usually apply to realism or semi-realism. You can always break these rules if you're going for something less realistic, but it's just important you keep your rules consistent!
