Feel free to color.

There are four layers. DONT CHANGE ANYTHING ON THE LAYER NAMED "Lines" Color on the line named "Color here" and give it a nice background on the layer named "Make background here"

Delete the layer named "Erase of delete me" as it's just the "Color me!" on the picture, and I'm sure you dont want that.
