everything - and this is mostly down to his parents. He was bribed a lot with
money at a young age to keep secrets from his other parents (his mother
cheated on his father alot) so ultimately he beleives money can solve all his problems,
so he "buys up all the stars", the people around him - essentially paying for a social
life that should be free - they aren't really his friends - it's all about money in this day
and age. "We come alone, and alone we die" Shows how they will actually abandon
him in his most desperate, vulnerable times, but all he can do is keep shining.

relationship. arrietty and agnes are siblings, and they
could not have a closer bond. ever since they were children, arrietty
would be the one to tuck her little brother into bed and read

author, and although her love for space never passed to him,

xxxthat's when he nodded to them- dominique has always wanted to not fit in, hes always wanted to be himself and not like everyone else, he found that everyone else was boring.. but they were different. who are they? two others, that have suffered the same as dominique has.

I can help you," a pair of soft blue eyes, speckled with gold, looked up at him, this kalon was even shorter than he was. the blue-eyed kalon, a female, with an unknown name, this kalon helped him, unlike that group he was in. she freed him from their grasp, from the grasp of everyone. nobody could control him anymore.

xxx"but we can control you, we will always control you," yet the voices of them still spoke to him in dreams. he wasn't ever truly free from their grasp, they still haunt him, follow him.

xxx"but im never going back, ill never give up," he would speak to them in dreams, and nothing more. soon, the blue-eyed kalon joined him, chanting this endless chant, a hope of freedom, a prayer of hope.

xxx"im free, unlike you. and ill always be free," the dreams slowly disappeared, the chant getting louder, them nearly disappearing completely from his memories. gone, never to be seen again. gone, where they cant hurt anyone ever again.

xxx"but we hurt you once, we can hurt, break, shatter you again," yet the memories ever so slightly linger around him, follow him in school, through his own house. they follow him around as dark shadows, haunting him. he is never really free, not even after many, many days and weeks have passed.
