Vernice is an odd Kalon- most are afraid of him and try to stay as far away from him as possible. They say he's out at night hunting, the kits say that he's out eating kits. Everyone knows his obsession with meat- and they think he is crazy. Well he is- but he is also normal like most Kalons. At night you could say he's a bit like a wolf, he goes out hunting because he's extremely hungry at night. It's quite strange of him to be hungry in the night but not the day. In the morning he hides away so he doesn't scare anyone. In the morning he goes to his house and takes care of all his animals- he doesn't eat his pets because he has had such a long relationship with them. Even though his favorite meat is deer, he has many deer as pets- he also has bear cubs, birds of all kind, goats, boars, dogs, and cats. No one knows of all his pets because he is usually hiding but he is really one of the sweetest Kalons- unless you make him angry.
favorite type of meat:
roasted deer meat- it's the first meat he ever tried as a kit~ it has been a good favorite since! Unless it's his pet he will eat lots of deer meat- of course not in front of his deer friends but he will often eat them, not young deer or old deer, but deer that are sick, or dying. He eats them to put them out of their misery and for his pleasure.
He rarely ever eats an animal that is not dying or sick, unless they are disrespecting the forest. He is practically in charge of the forest. He takes care of every animal in every way needed.

House description:
Vernice lives in a small hut in the middle of the forest. Around it are many fences one holding injured animals, another holding the passed ( his soon to be meal ) and another holding the disrespectful that he will later on teach a lesson. His house was built at the base of a tree. After his father decided to build his house there they went looking for branches and twigs. Later they had a huge pile of sticks next to the base of the tree.- By the end of the day the house was finished! They kept it together with sap and other branches- no man are tools were used. The next day they new it needed decor and things inside and out. They gathered ivy and put it all over the roof, they got a stump for a chair inside. They got some branches to make a table, and lots of leaves and some wool from the sheep for beds. The house was perfect- they lived there together for many years... Until his father passed.
History:
When Vernice was young he never knew his mom, it was always him and his dad doing everything together- always. They built there own house, traveled everywhere, met amazing animals, and more. As soon as his dad died he was heartbroken, his dad was his only friend. Once his dad was gone he decided to make new friends, so he would adventure out into the woods and get some new animal friends. Over the years he met lots of animals and many new friends. Since then his house has started crowding up more and more!
