He seems rather Aquatic, so I made the background aquatic.

thats actually a really cool picture, did you draw it yourself, because it looks amazing! it's ten times better then what i could have drawn

Thanks, I only did the coloring, background, and text. ^.^ The Dragon's lineart itself was done by Demonwolf123. ^.^
