This guide was originally put together by -Firestar-. Since they can unfortunately no longer update it due to misbehaving computer, I'm taking over.

Welcome! This is a guide to items for your pets that you can no longer get as handouts or at the store. These items were available before the creation of the store (August 09) on certain holidays or dates.

2008

Christmas Pack
This pack was available during the advent calendar. Available: Dec 24-30 2008




2009

Valentine Pack
Available: Feb 14th 2009 on the page with the Valentine exclusive pets.



April Fools day Pack
This pack, when users clicked on the item, there was all sorts of different neat items. But on April 2nd, the items turned into these glasses.



St Patrick's Day Item Pack



Easter Egg Hunt Items
These items were a forum exclusive. An egg hunt banner showed up at the bottom of a random forum page once every 4 hours (Changed mid way from 12 hours) Once a player clicked on the banner, they got a random item or bunny pet.
The eggs were in pack. The "Puppy eggs" and bunny items came singly.





CS Anniversary Pack
This pack was given out in celebration of CS's first anniversary
Available: April 10th 2009





Malk Fairy Pack
This pack was available late July 09 till the beginning of August on Malk's adoption page.



Tess' Birthday Pack
This pack was available the 10th of Sept and was discontinued the end of September.



Halloween Items
For Halloween '09 every user got three different trick-or-treat bags as a free gift.


A candy hunt was available from the 22nd of Oct to the 10th of November 2009. It worked just like the bunny hunt in April where users had to hunt on the forum at the bottom for a banner. The banner would then give out one of these items:

You could exchange the three candies in the store for items and pets.

Here's the items that were available for purchase with candy:


A Pumpkin set. This included two pumpkins and a bunch of different holes. 15 items in total.






5 different colored rat costumes. Costumes come with feet, wings,tail and antennae
A set of 5 bats
A horse outfit
A pack of Halloween candy
A green monster plushie


Thanksgiving Giveaway
There were two sets of items released in the CS store from Nov 19th 2009-Nov 28th. They included a pilgrim set and a food set.

Wow! There were 4 item packs here and everyone could adopt 2. It's uncertain which items were in which pack.

Hannukkah 09
These items were released on Dec 11th, removed Dec (insert here)
The remarkable thing about these items is that the menorah when placed on a pet gained a candle for each day of Hannukkah creating the very first growing item!

In relation to us getting a free item pack for our Christmas tree pet, there were also these different color packs for sale in the store.








"Unreleased" Items
2009 also brought a few items which were only given out in small quantities.

CS's way of celebrating the World Cup, taking place around June/July 2010.

Monster Contact Lenses
Made by Tyr, these contact lenses are for dogs but does work awesomely spookily with most pets. They could be bought in the store for C$4 each during the season of 2010's Halloween, and were retired from the store on the 5th of November.



Guy Fawkes/Bonfire Night
Remember remember the fifth of november...
On November the 5th we could get these items in the store for free in celebration of Guy Fawkes/Bonfire Night. They were made by Selcouth and were available for a week.



Thanksgiving
To help celebrate the US holiday Thanksgiving, Tyr produced a silly turkey costume for our dogs. For four days around Thanksgiving, we could get these for free in the store.



Hanukkah '10
CS celebrated Hanukkah from the 2nd to the 9th of December. We were given a Menorah to place candles in, and a candle to place in the center of it.


On each of the eight days of Hanukkah we were then given a new candle to add to our Menorah.

We were also given coins for our pets.



December Advent Packs

These were items that you could adopt during the Advent Calendar. Each pack was available for only one day.

December 1
You could adopt this pack twice. Each pack contained a Merry Christmas decoration, one of the mistletoes, and one color combination pack of the reindeer outfit. The mistletoes were made by Selcouth, the rest of the items by Tyr.







December 17
You could adopt this pack twice. Each pack contained a Merry Christmas decoration, one of the mistletoes, and one color combination pack of the reindeer outfit from December 1. There were also new items by Selcouth and Vampiric. In each pack we were given three steam breaths, one ice crown, one pudding, and one light blue jingle bell collar. There were also one of the ice fairies, two of the birds, and three of the cups.










December 25

Tasty treats!



Another big item pack! We were allowed to get this pack twice, with a big variation of items in each pack. Some were re-releases from previous years.

Winter Scarves
These scarves, made by Selcouth, were available to buy in the store all throughout december for 5C$ each.


Snow Fight
These items, perfect for a snow fight, were made by Tyr. They were available in the store for free from December 30th until the end of January 2011.

2011

Chinese New Year
We were given some items to properly celebrate the Chinese New Year and the arrival of the year of the Golden Rabbit. These items, made by Selcouth, were available from the third of February.





Valentine's Day
To celebrate Valentine's Day we were given plenty of items. All of these were available from the 14th of February.

These love potion items were made by Tyr.


These gifts were made by Selcouth, Leurai, Vampiric, and Sorren Fey.


These accessories were made by Sorren Fey. We could get this pack three times, each time we got one set in one of the colours.

Mardi Gras
These items were only available for a few days, from the 7th of March. There were a few different item packs.

These items were available for two days only, 17th-18th of March.




Chicken Smoothie's 3rd Birthday


Everyone were given one set with all these collars.




There were also set of birthday celebration items. There were a few different item packs to get, and we were allowed to get this gift twice.

Graduation Items
These items were available from 7th of may to last of may, to celebrate Tess' graduation day. They were made by Vampiric and Tyr, styled after the robes used by Otago University in New Zealand. The different color hoods correspond to different types of degrees:

Okay, I'll try and help^^

This box was released for the first time for Valentine 09, but was also available for Valentine 10:


The candy canes, milk and coockies and christmas socks was a part of the items packs we got on December 25th
I'm not sure about the santa hat...

The "Happy New Year" item was available on January 1st 2010, but I don't remember for how long.

I'm pretty sure this one was available in the easter candy store 2010 in exchange for Egg Tokens.


Woof cup was available around the World Cup 2010. (NO idea when XD)

These where released for Valentine 2010, but I don't remember how we got them.. I'm pretty sure they where free items though.


Green and yellow shirts and pants was free items for St Patrick's Day 2010

And then there was a lot of Christmas tree items available in the C$ shop during the Advent Calendar 2009, like these:

They came with a bunch of ornaments too and in different colors. But I don't have the codes for those now^^
And I don't remember when they where released or for how long they where available though.. But I'd guess around when we got the free christmas tree items? *shrug*

Thank you! :3 Especially for mentioning the tree items from the store, I'd completely forgotten they existed, and don't know if I ever did see a complete set. I'll have to try and track that down now, along with more old Christmas threads in general.

That's what I could find... I just remembered there where more ornaments o.O I guess we just got multiple of the same ornament then. Not sure though.

As far as I remember the big stockings and candy canes where also available with the item pack released at the Dec 25th-Jan 1st. I am not sure about the santa claus hat myself through.
