3. Your trade topic should have a truthful title. Making false promises (e.g. "free rares!") to trick people into clicking your topic is not acceptable.

What about ones that say something like that, you click it and find out yes they're free, but only if you win because it's a raffle/giveaway thing so you may or may not actually get the free pet. Cause I've seen that before and it feels, misleading to me.

The title would still be misleading, therefore, against the rules.
