My Doctor Who OC, Charlotte. She got her hair chopped off in a series of events in a Novella I'm writing, and this is her new look. She looks deceivingly cute in this, I assure you she isn't so sweet. x] Also the timer is incorrect, as I was doodling for about thirty minutes. Comment and Crit welcome.
