Honey's Progress Thread! (leachie gecko)

I thought I might make a thread for the new pet I will be getting Tuesday. I'll be getting it as a juvenile, so this thread will also be a 'progress thread'.

I'm getting an unsexed Rhacodactylus leachianus. Also known as the New Caledonian Giant Gecko or Leachie gecko. Yes, I have done adequate research and more. The breeder is shipping it to me Monday, and it will get here early Tuesday. No idea on locality, I keep forgetting to ask, but looks like a Nuu Ami from what I've seen of leachies.

I've got all the cage accessories and food, getting its tub today. :3

Since she went out, my mom got a tub for 'im, but it's too small so tomorrow we'll be returning it and I'll go get the tub to make sure it's appropriately sized.

Two different geckos, I'm not sure which one the breeder will be sending to me. I know they seem kind of dull in the picture, but as adults they have brighter colors.

I decided to try the crested gecko diet I got. XD
Looks gross, but doesn't taste half bad.
Although my face went 'ohcrap' when I read the bottle and it said 'not for human consumption'. XD

Also, if you guys get anything that eats CGD, get the actual Repashy Superfoods, not the zoo-med stuff Petco sells that says Repashy on it. Look similar, different ingredients. o_e
