Demons

When you hear the word "Demons" what do you think of? Most people think of the whole Angel vs. Demons, but that's a whole different story, here on earth, you can see the demons, you can feel them, and they can hurt you. They can come in almost any form. Demons are usually calm and don't get worked up over just anything, because of their immense power and the most important thing about them is that...... they hate humans.


Humans

Humans, the oh so famous species that thinks itself as superior to other species, because of this they value their honor, family, and don't give up easily, witch is also what costs them their lives. They rely mostly on guns and weapons to protect themselves and everyone, and the most important thing is that they have some within them who have spiritual powers, these people are more powerful than normal humans and have the capacity to kill a demon.


Half demons

Mix of humans and demons, they are usually hated by both humans and demons, they have a little less power than demons and the determination of a human, since they are unable to breed with humans nor demons they are usually used to protect human villages or demon castles.

Info

~ Demons can live for centuries, 300 normal years is about 2 years for a demon.
~ Demons are extremely competitive and will fight with other demons for access to human villages.
~ Demons rarely care about their family or relatives, let alone humans.
~ Demons can have access to more modernish clothing by stealing from rich villages.
~ Humans are ruthless against demons.
~ Humans with spiritual powers never have crushes or husbands/wives.
~ Half demons CANNOT breed with humans nor demons.
~ Rouge demons can travel around the land or have their own small territory.

Types of demons

There are many types of demons here are just a few of them.

Insectious
This is the most common type of demons, they have very long worm-like bodies, no legs, and the head of an insect. They are very big and can float in midair, but are amazing weak. Insectious demons are very brave, which most of the time costs them their lives. They aren't afraid to straight-up attack, even if it costs them their lives. Out of all demons these are the most similar to humans, personality-wise.

Ogres
This type of demon makes the saying "The bigger they are, the harder they fall." come to life, because they are HUGE but very weak, one can easily kill them with the swing of a sword. They are very common and their only weapons are their horns and clubs. Ogres are bold and certainly aren't afraid to attack, which unfortunately makes them meet the same fate as Insectious demons.

Human-like
At first glance these demons look like humans, but with one interesting twist, it can be their hair color, their eye color, pointy ears, clawlike fingernails, it varies. These demons are sly and prefer to stay in the shadows, and try to blend in with humans to find out their plans against demons. Even though they aren't half demons they prefer to work for other demons as spies, and although subordinate, they always have an evil secret side to them that gives them the nickname "Betrayers"

Animalistic
These demons (as name name suggests) resemble animals, they come in many forms (see below)
~Humanimal
This type of demon is part of the animalistic family, They look almost exactly like humans, except they usually have features that resemble their animal, such as animal ears, a tail, claws, pointy teeth, ect their personalities aren't exact, it depends on the the personality of the animal they represent.

~Anithrimal
These demons are also part of the Animalistic demon family. They can resemble a mix of many animals or just one. The only things that make them look even remotely human are, opposable thumbs, wear clothes, can walk on two legs, and of course, can talk. They practically look like an animal on two legs. Anithrimal demons also have the personality of they animal they represent, although they usually tend to be more aggressive then other demons.

~Purelings
The demons resemble already existing animals, they may be a mix of two animals, may have multiple tails, limbs, they can basically be almost anything, but they don't look EXACTLY like animals, they usually have quite a few different features. These demons walk on four legs and can't talk, but they are much more powerful than normal animals, but less powerful than other animalistic demons. Usually used as pets by both humans and demons.

Demon lords
An extremely rare and powerful demon, all demon lords can change into multiple forms, and they can kill a whole army with the swing of a sword, flip of the hand, or if they don't want to get themselves dirty, they can easily send they army to do the dirty work for them. Demon lords, although powerful, have one special weakness, multiple demons, they have a constant fear of being turned on by they own army. These demons are highly respected by other demons, which is why most demons (and sometimes even humans) come to work for demon lords, so they don't become the target of their plans.

Borage (leaves)- Used to treat fevers; helps nursing mothers w/ milk supply.

Burdock (root)- Used to treat infected wounds *rat bites*.

Catmint- Used to treat any type of cough; can help relax a person.

Celandine- Used to treat ailments of the eyes.

Chamomile- Used to calm a person.

Chervil- Used to treat bellyache.

Chervil (root)- Used to treat infections.

Chickweed- Used to help treat severe coughing.

Cobwebs- Used to stop bleeding.

Coltsfoot- Used to treat babies' cough.

Comfrey- Used to treat broken bones.

Daisy (leaves)- Used to treat aching joints.

Dandelion (leaves)- Used to calm a person.

Feverfew- Used to cool fevers, heal wounds and sores.

Goldenrod- Used in a poultice to treat aching joint and stiffness/severe injuries.

Honey- Treats sore throats. *Extremely hard to find!*

Horsetail- Used to treat infected wounds.

Juniper Berries- Used to treat bellyache.

Marigold- Used to treat infection, heal wounds and sores.

Mousebile- Used to remove lice from a person's hair. *DO NOT EAT!*

Nettle (leaves)- Treats swelling.

Nettle (seeds)- Used as counter-poison.

Poppy (seeds)- Used to numb pain, make a person very sleepy. *Do not give to expecting mothers!*

Ragwort (leaves)- Used with juniper berries in a poultice to treat aching joints.

Snakeroot- Used as a counter-poison.

Tansy- Used to treat coughs.

Thyme- Used to calm a person.

Watermint- Used to treat bellyaches.

Wild garlic- Rubbing this on your skin in this can help keep out infection.

Yarrow- Used to make a person vomit and get rid of poisons from the body.

Leader
Leads the village, makes plans to get rid of problematic demons and informs the village.

The wife and leader, helps him out and also tends to help the Cultivators.

The child or children of the leader, the firstborn son is destined to become the leader after his father dies.

Captain
The captain is a high ranking respected person who helps the leader keep everything under control and is in charge when the leader isn't there. Is in charge of sending patrols of warriors out.

Protectors
These people are the first to protect the leader when a problem appears they are constantly around the leader unless the leader asks them not to, they can also help keep stuff under control when they are off duty.

Demon slayers
Experts in slaying demons, they are swifter and more handy with demon slaying weapons than warriors. If the army fails they call in the demon slayers. Also tend to hang away from the village looking for demons to slay.

General
The leader of the warriors, very respected by the community, is quick thinking and is fast to assemble the army when the is a demon attack. Must be very strict and is only allowed to yell at the warriors.

Warriors
Self explanatory, also known as the "army of the village, It is completely up to them to protect the village, highly honored.

Cultivators
These people are skilled at growing plants and cultivating the village garden, they grow the food for the village, since nobody eats meat.

Baby sitters
Pretty self explanatory, they take care of children when the mothers are away.

Healer
Is experienced with herbs and takes care of wounded soldiers, may sometimes have an assistant/apprentice.

Spiritual leader
Spiritual leaders are born, not made, they can easily kill a demon in many ways, usually believe all demons are bad. They are only sent in if everything else fails, because they are usually out killing other demons.

Your Image CANNOT be anime, It must be semi-realistic if it is drawn, or use a real image or a picture of one of your characters. (If you are confused if your picture is anime, just post your form and ask at the top if your picture is anime or not) (Look below to see what I count as anime.

If you are roleplaying as a human, no special powers (Unless you are roleplaying a spiritual leader), no wings, no horns, nothing like that, just a normal human. If roleplaying as a demon then you can add wings and such just don't make them too extravagant or perfect.

Your character absolutly CANNOT be nude or underclothed [Unless a insectious demon] (Ex- Shirtless, bikini swim suit, ect) They must not have any technology, yet they can have modernish clothing (Just no skirts or sparkle clothes) Also you cannot have armor unless you are a warrior, (and don't go overboard).

If you use a copyrighted character from a movie, show, book, ect, you will be Immediately banned.

What I count as anime; Big bright eyes, perfect hair, perfect everything.

I am very sorry if the rules/consequences seen a bit harsh but I worked really hard on this roleplay and I don't want it getting locked.

Inu is very sneaky and clever, she loves sneaking into villages and especially getting in trouble. Inu loves adrenaline and thinks of this as fun. Inu is very sensitive and has a short temper. She is easily insulted, willing to take on anyone, and usually doesn't back down from fights. Inu is very independent, hot-headed, and doesn't think before acting when she is mad, but don't get her wrong, if you get on her good side, she might be willing to shed her hard outer shell. Other words to describe her: ''Aggressive, rebellious, ambitious, daring, sincere, unpredictable, generous, colorful, powerful, restless, clumsy, hot-tempered, impatient

Control of fire

Strengths:
Claws, Teeth, Her Agility and Swiftness, Her ability to control fire, Ability to fly, her spectacular sense of hearing.

Weaknesses:
Her hot temper, her terrible eyesight, her confusing sense of smell, She can only yield fire when she has enough energy, she may be fast but she isn't very strong and can't run/fly for long periods of time.

History:
Inu arrived in this land whenshe was still very young for a demon, her mother raised her and soon died. After that Inu started to change, she became more troublesome and ambitious. She started getting in more and more trouble, setting fire to houses, attacking demons and humans alike. Her reputation has grown since then, and even though she hasn't been known to kill, most stay clear of her part of the forest.

Other?:
Inu's eyesight is terrible unlike most demons, and her sense of smell always confuses her, so she always relies on her hearing and Sixth sense. Her sixth sense allows her to, sometimes, not always, feel when somebody is coming, even if she cant see, smell, or hear them. Inu also is much faster than most demons, although she usually doesn't match up to them in strength.

Personality: Shes sneaky but kind, she doesn't really know why demons and humans harm eachother, she likes to go to the demon castle and annoy Denvail, she finds it fun.

Strengths: Her ability to control water, her strong sharp canine teeth, her good sense of smell and hearing.
Weaknesses Her poor eyesight, her clumsiness, her ability to walk into danger without knowing it.
History: She was abandoned by her parents at 5 years in human age, she had trained hard to fend for herself and made friends with the wolves.
Other?:She likes to wear blue bands and blue gloves, her brother is Viosa Terá Norua Wolfeheart. Although she pretends she doesn't know him.

Looks: Tall, round 6'2; long black hair that sweeps across his eyes; eyes are a solid silver color and sometimes flash red when angered; pointy ears that normally are hidden under his messy hair; not very muscular but strong enough to get his job done; normally wears conservses and very bright, colorful shirts; sometimes wears a large pair of orange headphones around his neck and likes to play his music loud; tongue is pierced

Age: 864 years, appears to be in his late teens/early twenties
Rank: Patroller
Personality: Asmo follows his own rules. Even though he lives in the Demon Castle, he still normally does things when he wants to, and not when they are expected of him. He's the one that would do something you tell him not to do. Very cocky and sure of himself, always has to have the last word. He hates people who think they are superior to him and can get a little aggressive, although his prefered weapon of choice is words. He is a little weird and probably not what you would call normal. He can bea big flirt and a tease around any gender when necissary. Definitely a smooth talker when he has to be. He isn't easily set off and rarely ever gets angry. He just laughs and flips you off. Ignorant, definitely. Very clever.
Special Ability? (Check post 5 to see If it's not already taken): Molds shadows; can play with human shadows as well as his own kinds'
Strengths: Very good hearing, ability to blend with the shadows and stay hidden
Weaknesses: Sunlight, humans that intrigue him, not very fast
History: Asmo was born into the rogue life and lived that way for a very long time. Most of what he knows now was learned out there. His parents left him when he was still young, and he was left to roam the streets, sliding in and out of the shadows. This is where he picked up the habit and love for following humans. He got bored and would sneak around them and sometimes even give them a scare for a laugh. Amso wasn't a rogue for long. He had gotten caught by a patrol and was taken prisoner by the demon court. But the cocky demon found this all too funny and resisted everything they did. After a few short years as a prisoner, he began moving up. The others decided that his talents were being wasted. He is currently a patroller, and loves what he does. He often sneaks away every now and then to follow another human, but he always seems to find himself back.
Other?: He likes to get attatches to humans and tends to follow them around a lot while out on patrols. No one knows why. He also enjoys scaring people.

Strengths:She's really fast and her eyesight is pretty good,she's also stronger than human males,but still weaker than most demons
Weaknesses She tends to 'freeze' when she's in danger and gets intimidated very easy
History: She was born in a village,but the villagers never accepted her because they knew that she was a half demon.When she was 12 her mother died and she ran away,scared that the villagers would kill her,now that her mother wasn't there to protect her anymore.After 1 year living alone as a rouge somewhere in the woods she decided to live in the demon castle,hoping that anyone there might accept her.

Personality: Vicious to those it doesnt know and passive and subordinate to those who it sees as stronger. Skavar is an opportunist and takes what he can while he can get it. He is quick to fight in defense of it and enjoys attacking anything he sees as weak. His only hesitation would be to fight someone he fought previously and lost. Inu is very sneaky and clever, she loves sneaking into villages and especially getting in trouble. Inu loves adrenaline and thinks of this as fun. Inu is very sensitive and has a short temper. She is easily insulted, willing to take on anyone, and usually doesn't back down from fights. Inu is very independent, hot-headed, and doesn't think before acting when she is mad, but don't get her wrong, if you get on her good side, she might be willing to shed her hard outer shell. History:
Inu arrived in this land whenshe was still very young for a demon, her mother raised her and soon died. After that Inu started to change, she became more troublesome and ambitious. She started getting in more and more trouble, setting fire to houses, attacking demons and humans alike. Her reputation has grown since then, and even though she hasn't been known to kill, most stay clear of her part of the forest.

Other?:
Inu's eyesight is terrible unlike most demons, and her sense of smell always confuses her, so she always relies on her hearing and Sixth sense. Her sixth sense allows her to, sometimes, not always, feel when somebody is coming, even if she cant see, smell, or hear them. Inu also is much faster than most demons, although she usually doesn't match up to them in strength.
