tarot cards are 'playing cards, traditionally a pack of 78 with
five suits, used for fortune-telling and (especially in Europe)
in certain games. The suits are typically swords, cups, coins
(or pentacles), batons (or wands), and a permanent suit of trump.'

some more information about it: 'tarot reading is the practice of
divining wisdom and guidance through a specific spread (or layout)
of tarot cards. however, contrary to popular belief, the cards do not
tell your fortune, and one does not have to be a psychic to give tarot
readings. the cards are meant to provide insight into the innermost
truths of your Higher Self. in other words, the cards provide an evolved awareness of

✧ by far one of my favorite decks. i got this deck near the end of 2018, and have used it as my main deck since. it is a beautiful deck, and just holding it in my hands relaxes me.

✧ this deck gives off a very feminine, fresh energy. i find it useful for any kind of question!

✧ this deck was created by four different artists, who each picked a suit to illustrate and a selection of the major arcana. their styles have a magical, unique, earthy vibe to it and each card contains many symbols and a new twist to the designs of the original rider-waite deck.

✧ ostara is a pagan festival celebrated to welcome the arrival of spring and the spring equinox. it is a time of change, birth, fertility, and fresh beginnings.

✧ the only reason the zodiac/initials are on there is so i can connect better with you. it's a lot easier to give someone a xxreading when i know them as "C.S." or "taurus", for example, rather than "chickensmoothie123"

✧ the "extra information" part is so i have a better handle on the situation and give a more accurate meaning to the cards. you can put as much or as little as you want there

✧ yes/no questions are difficult to answer! please try to avoid them

"what the heck is a shufflemancy?!"

✧ a shufflemancy is kind of in the name. it's a method of divination where you think of a number, shuffle your playlist that many times, and the song it lands on has your answer! it's a simple practice that you can do on the go and anywhere.

✧ you can look into just the title of the song, the lyrics of the song, or the overall mood of the song to find your answer.

✧ the playlist i use for shufflemancies is this one. all of my songs from my other playlists are combined on it, and it's a whopping 971 songs! i have all sorts of genres of music on there. feel free to look through, or use it for your own shufflemancies : )
