it's on this page (not this thread, but the... group it's posted in), or "general art shops - trading cs pets for custom-made art" in the art shops section on the main forum page.
simply click on the "new topic" button in the top left corner, above the announcements and next to "search this forum".
this goes for creating any kind of forum post on cs.

You must accept CS currency as well otherwise your artshop/commissions belong on DA.

I'm confused about this as well. So, you can't get paid for your artwork if the artwork features a CS pet? This seems a little... strange. Yes, making profit off of someone else's intellectual property isn't okay, but this is more like commissioning someone to draw a fanart piece (i.e paying someone to draw your fav pokemon) and I don't understand how one can say you cannot be paid for your time and work. Is there a link or post where a mod or site rule clearly states this?
