It'd be pretty fun to have a cave full of chickens!
Maybe it is possible, but you'd have to have extreme patience. All I know is that they seem more rare than they're said to be... but the rarity of something in Dragoncave is pretty broad.

I've seen someone with a TON of chickens. It helped me unlock all of the information in the encyclopedia for them.
