gerard's voice is just so raw in this song, the cracks and super raspy parts just get to me because you can really hear how full of emotion every word is

oh my goodness this song,, it's so hard not to just start crying when i relate to every word in such a painful way. it doesn't help that you can hear the pure pain in her voice too it just makes me want to be emotional along with her

There are three by the killers:

Rut - When I found out about the backstory of it it held a lot more meaning. Not long after I bought it I was having a really stressful week and I felt pretty depressed. What I needed was to let go and I was listening to the lyrics and it just made me cry.

Be Still - Its so gentle and beautiful, so full of heart. There's one point where his voice is so soft and high and beautiful that I could get lost in it.

Sam's Town (Abbey grove acoustic version) - I'd heard the original many times and I knew the song very well and it had never made me cry because it was such a fast and lairy song but this was so much gentler and his voice sounded kinda rough and emotional and the lyrics seemed so much sadder and I literally stopped what I was doing and burst into tears the first time I heard it.
