@BORB hallo! ich lehre Deutsch seit 4 jahre, aber ich kenne niemand das spricht es auch. so, ich habe viele Sorge wann ich möchte es sprechen.
sorry, i was just trying to say in my awful german that what i find helps you a lot when learning a language, is practicing it all the time. reading it or listening to it either in songs or movies in that language helps a lot to keep it fresh, but the most important thing is speaking to a native speaker of the language. i used to be quite good at german, but after a year of not practicing it, i got quite rusty :'c

Mein Deutsch ist nicht perfekt, aber ich kanns üben mit meine Mutter und meine Freund aus Deutschland oft.

(sorry for speaking German on a Spanish thread lol. But I did want to thank Nua for the advice, do I did so in German.)

I suppose you mean you have a spanish class. Since class is female, you would need "una" instead of "un", so "una clase de español" the rest is ok. And Hi xD

BORB wrote:¡Hola! Yo soy en la clase de español dos, y hablo un poco español.

Because Spanish is my third language, I often mix it up, and forget things quite often. Does anyone have suggestions for improving my speaking and/or forgetting less? I have Spanish class every other school day for 90 minutes, but I just don't feel super confident speaking it.

Ho! Ho! Hi! The verb "to be"... "Yo soy" means "I am" but as in something you are. I am 30, I am a student, I am freezing... To mean "I am" as in being somewhere, the verb is "estar" so it would be "yo estoy en la clase de español dos".
"Hablo un poco español" is correct with and without a "de" before "español" so it is personal preference there, in my opinion. I would say "de español" but both are ok.

As you were told, there is just one way. To improve reading, you read, to improve hearing, you hear, so to improve speaking? You speak. I would suggest, to read back the posts other people made and try to find someone around your level. Then maybe speak to that person and ask if it would be ok with them to practice speaking?

Me, I would create a Discord group for the spanish club, or Line, where those who want to practice would join and would be able to chat with others both with voice and words. But I kinda feel like it goes against Chicken Smoothie rules somehow, dont know how or why xD

Instead of "Do" would be "Yo" (I) I suppose xD
And "Hispánicos-hablamentos" do you mean spanish speaking? Like spanish speaking players? If so, it would be "Intercambiar animales (means animals, you can also use "mascotas" that means pets) con otros (otros if you dont mind gender, otras if you want to trade just with girls) jugadores de habla hispana.

Quite rusty after a year... I have been around... 8 years now maybe? without practicing my spoken english, so yours is rusty, I would say mine is... dust? xD
Like a small kid xD
Reading and listening to music, like the vid I left does help, if you practice it. Otherwise, your speaking will get lower and lower, and it is not good xD

So Im going to continue correcting. Lets see:
"Hi, I just want a story everybody a have a good day." That, is more or less how it looks to me, but translated. If you could put the english version, would help a ton xD

The second half, you got a rare dog, with wings, orange and black, horoscope one, and it was a good day. This one I can understand, so I can correct xD
Instead of "Yo recientemente consigo" you have to correct verb form, then order, so it would be "Yo he conseguido recientemente" or "Yo recientemente he conseguido" but this second one is less common.
And maybe, remove "la" in "la libra" since we can figure it is an horoscope dog, I guess xD

Nope, your name isnt "bien" (I hope) xD
Lets see, if you mean it for one person, or to be personal, then "como estás" is correct. But if you mean it for more than one person, you need the plural, that would be "como estáis". And the "yo soy bien" as I corrected in another post, you need the verb "estar". That would be "Yo estoy bien".

"me gusta sandia's" would go as "Me gustan las sandías" or "Me gusta la sandía" and the question would be "Te gustan las sandias?" (do remember that spanish uses ? at the end of questions, but also ¿ to mark the start. Lazy spanish people like me dont usually use the ¿ in internet, but because we are lazy, we know we have to use it. People learning should get used to it xD

The rest is correct xD

Hmnn you must be from a place far from me, here December means cold, and storms, and bad weather. Not rain, usually, but... xD

You are missing "the" a lot. Im english, you would say "watermelon tastes like water" but in spanish, you need to say "the watermelon tastes like water" or "my favorite fruit is the watermelon".
So,"no me gusta la sandia porque las sandias saben a agua." (You need to eat them cold in a hot day, you will see how they taste great, especially if they are still a bit green xD)

"Mi fruta favorita es la piña porque las piñas son muy dulces."

"Yo sólo quiero usar/practicar (or) darle uso a mi español

The rest is correct xD

Gracias so much for the critique, and the one you want me to translate is supposed to say
"Hello, I just want to tell everyone to have a good day.
I recently got a rare winged orange and black dog from the pound so my day has been good."

Also, it has indeed been a bit weird to pretty much have to put "the" before so many words, which is probably why I forgot LOL.
