You fill out the form and include it in the trade regardless of what you're planning to buy!
If you're purchasing using pets/your payment primarily contains pets, send the trade to Wicced, naumachy, or Medd.
If you're purchasing using C$/your payment primarily contains C$, send the trade to myself or eunkyung.
