I paid for a cute animation of Sage and paid with real money, and I got it today! Super happy to have it, but they didnt do his runes or the green covering his feet and thats a pretty huge part of his lore D:
I dont know if it would be rude to ask them to add them in? Is it hard to animate things like that?

If you paid for it in cash and told them that you wanted the runes then yes you should ask them, however if you didn't say it you can ask but it wasn't expressly said before.
