Free - Making Character Sheets

Howdy all.... I'm super stressed at my job and want to do some art to destress. The last time I was active on CS (like... two years ago) there was a constant desire by people to have 'nice' character sheets for their characters that they had adopted. You do not have to have ANY image of your character in order to get a sheet, you just have to be very descriptive.

NOTICE:
I use lineart, but am very good at editing lineart to fit a character. If you want fully custom art look elsewhere.

I am doing this completely free. I will do the requests in an order of my choosing. I will not be accepting bribes to move a request to the top of the pile.

I am super flaky, I may not finish all of the requests in this thread. If I don't get to yours then... Sorry.... I'm doing this to destress. If it adds to my stress it is no longer a method to destress.

You can remind me about the request over either CS or Deviantart. When I disappear I tend to not check either one though.

Rules:
1. Only request one character at a time, wait until at least four other people have posted before posting a second request. Only one shape per request. I'm willing to do multiple references for the same character but if they have a wolf form and a lion form each one is a separate request.
2. If you don't have a reference image OR you want colors changed from your reference image please give me either HEX or RGB codes for the colors. You can use a slider to find a color here: http://htmlcolorcodes.com/
3. If I can't find a lineart close enough to your character (especially dangerous for rare/exotic creatures) I may say I can't do it. Please accept that (or find a lineart on your own for me to use :) ) , you are welcome to request a different character instead.

Character Name: This is the name that will be across the top of the character sheet
Character Species: What are they?
Username: What username do you want me to put on DA where I'll post it?
Reference Image/Description: Include as many images that CLARIFY the look of your character as you want (for example if one has wings that you want and another has the necklace you want and a third has the style of hair you like include ALL of them.) Post as a link if you know how please! If a description please be as precise as possible. Not just "She has stripes on her legs" instead "She has very thin stripes of blue (0000ff) alternating with white (FFFFFF) on her legs."
