she heaved herself up. 'PinePaw?' she called to her blind apprentice not sure where he was at.

"Really?" Sorrelsong meowed. "I never noticed. I'm glad I didn't... otherwise things might've ended up differently. If I grew up with Hollypaw more than you, I'm not sure what right now would be like."

"I'm over here!" Pinepaw replied. He was laying in the shade of the nursery.
