What is the best advice you've ever gotten?

"Whenever you're really nervous and feel like you're going to mess up think of your favourite celebrity and try embody their personality. Use their confidence to become confident." This really helped me through interviews and when I get anxious in public.

I have received tid bits of advice from different souses, but one of the best is from a album. This album is known as 'The Wall' by pink Floyd. After i listened to it for the first time in months, i had decided to look up the true meaning behind the songs. somebody had made a website, showing the true meaning behind the songs. I then looked at the last song's meaning. in the 'song in a sentence' section, it showed the moral of the entire album. I quote; " The Moral of the Story: Though there will almost always be personal and social barriers erected out of fear, oppression, pain, and isolation, it’s the job of every socially conscious individual and community to never rest in tearing down the walls that separate us." I then realized that, I had nearly made a 'wall', and that I could help these people. Now, I will some day make a book that will help these people, even in a small way.

When thinking something bad about yourself, think about Donald Trump saying it to you, that way, you can brush it off easily.

Be yourself and dont listen to others opinion, depending on what it is.

When you're making a decision choose the option you're less likely to regret in the future.
I try to think like that a lot because it makes me focus more on long-term gratification instead of short-term.
